Be very careful when dealing with agents from this company. They sold the house I bought but did…read morenot educate the sellers on what they were required to leave in the home. They had me do a walk through when the sellers were still in the home so you could not really see what they were going to take and leave. So when I moved in I discovered they had taken all the Levelor blinds that the builder had installed. They also pulled all the drapery hardware off the walls leaving large holes. When I complained to the agent and then a manager at Coldwell Banker I was told blinds and draper hardware was a "grey area." The contract did not specify they were taking these with them so by law they were required to stay. The manager told me she would get back to me on the issue but after several calls and emails she has not. Be very careful when dealing with these people.

At one point during negotiations, she got upset that we were pushing for a lower price and actually said "I'm barely making any money on this deal as it is!" She goes out of her way to make it clear that her one and only concern is her commission check, yet she is completely unwilling to actually earn it.

We recently relocated from the suburbs of Chicago to the Decatur area for a new job.
