It was a…read morereally short timeline relocation with our move taking place 4 weeks after we accepted the new job. The weekend following the acceptance we took a weekend trip to Decatur to see what sort of housing options we could expect. We contacted Sherry with a list of wants and needs on Saturday afternoon and she met us for some whirlwind house hunting on Sunday. Sherry was very friendly, very organized and was extremely attentive to our needs. And when we found the perfect house (to our surprise!) Sunday evening, she very quickly researched the property and gave us the info and advice needed to make an offer. She also contacted the seller's agent and made the offer for us. She also took care of all the inspection and scheduling! She handled everything quickly and efficiently and was very communicative - she made the long-distance home buying process so easy and stress free. We love our new place and have Sherry to thank for it! She also gave us good recommendations for an agent to sell our old place in the suburbs. If we ever buy or sell more property in this area, our first call will be to Sherry! You can trust her to take care of you and make the home buying process pain free. I definitely recommend!!!

An attendant approached her car and rudely told us we could not park there. I tried to explain what was happening and that I had no intention of parking there but he continued to interrupt me and got belligerent. I responded in kind but meanwhile my concern about my wife was primary. The petty little man who wouldn't listen could have seriously affected my wife's well-being, and if it was up to me he'd be fired. All I can really say is WOW!…read more All in 1 handyman absolutely crushed the job my company just had them work on. We have a home in Decatur that got pretty messed up with water damage, and mold. We were unsure what to do with it. We got quite a few bids to make repairs and all in 1 handyman's bid was the best by far. It took a while for us to pull the trigger , so I really appreciated his patience. It was a big job, and not only did he finish it very quickly, in 4 days, but he was more thorough than expected. Of course he replaced drywall and did some flooring repairs, but he chose a really nice color and painted the entire floor, changed out outlet plugs, repainted the cabinets, installed new ceiling lights, and more. I work with a lot of vendors across the United States, and honestly this is the first time I've ever seen the final results and been truly blown away. I highly recommend calling all in 1 for any needs you have. He will be the first person I call next time
