I won't lie, the building is not the best so the first time I went, I was a little scared and skeptical. But, once I met with them and everything was fine, I was at ease. This year i did have a bit of a wait time, even with an appointment, which set my day back a little. The office secretary is very sweet and helpful! See ya next tax season, Ann!

She messaged me right away; I assumed she was concerned about the 1-star rating. She called me several times and texted me saying how sorry she was. I did call her back to kindly let her know I already found another CPA. She convinced me to drop my CPA and went with her instead just to string me along for over 2 weeks with no intention of working on my taxes. She also made accusations about how I switched CPA every year which I have been with the same CPA for over 20 years. She would ask for sensitive documents; I would upload them to the portal within hours. Then I do not hear from her for days. She would text me again days later saying she has questions and would like to schedule a phone/zoom/google meeting. Then I would respond saying I can talk and asked for a time that will work for her. Saturday was one of the options she gave me so I asked if 1pm works for her, she then accuses me of not being reciprocal and weekends are her rest and family time. I will be filing a complaint to the State Board of Accountancy. She is very unprofessional and unethical. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.

After years of filing my own 1040EZ, I got tired of being audited by the IRS and having to pay for…read moremy layman's mistakes. I was referred to Nice Refund by a friend that I trust, so my expectations were high going in. Well, they went above and beyond my high expectations. First, I uploaded all of the tax documents that I had in my possession into their online document management system. I uploaded at my own pace through out the week, in preparation for a Thursday meeting. I work typical office hours during the week, and the office is a bit too far to travel on my lunch, so I was able to make an appointment at 6:00 pm. This was very convenient- I appreciated their willingness to acquiesce to the needs of my schedule. Once I arrived to the clean and professionally set up offices, I sat down with a tax professional that has been doing taxes for over 10 years. He was very professional and courteous. He asked me a series of questions that he filled into his system, and after what seemed like a pleasant 20 minutes conversation about what I have been up to over the last tax year, he was done. Just like that. Taxes filed. The largest refund that I have ever gotten and the peace of mind knowing that they were done right. I think it is important to also note, there is no cash exchange in the office. This made for a really relaxed meeting. When my taxes got processed, their money was taken out before my refund even got to me. I didn't have to lift a finger. If you are looking for an honest, and experienced tax service company, try these guys out! They saved me from such a huge headache this tax season, and will be taking care of my taxes from hence forth.

Baity and Assoc. spoke to the IRS and eventually got roughly 60k of penalties and fees dropped and my payments cut by 2/3. They were professional and reassuring during the whole process and I shutter to think what kind of situation I'd be in without them. As for their fees - I've been to 3 previous accountants who racked me over the coals with fees and never delivered a portion of the service and peace of mind I have now because of Baity and Assoc. Of the services I used- Baity was the only one who didn't "brag" about how great they were- Baity delivered as promise for a very reasonable price.
