The lady who answered the phone is RUDE!! Idk anything about this restaurant except I saw it on Grubhub and I'm thinking hmmmm this might be fire but I called first to ask if I can call in to make modifications to my sandwich after I placed my order on Grubhub. She immediately yells "WE DONT DO GRUBHUB IDK ABOUT GRUBHUB THEYRE TRYING TO SCAM" and hangs up in my face so of course I call back like "ummmmm excuse me I believe we got disconnected, I don't know nothing about this restaurant except for it's on Grubhub, so you say that you don't operate with them?! So if I place an order there I won't get it?" like wtf she snap on me for like I'm the one who put the restaurant on Grubhub ‍ I really wanted to try this place too cuz I just KNOW it's good but man I hadn't even said a whole Sentence before the lady on the phone hung up in my face. Bill the owner didn't want to replace my order unless I brought it back the same day. I told Bill that I had already make it back to work and couldn't loss time to bring this messed up order back. He wasn't will to take my name and replace the order on a different day. Owners need to understand they made the mistake. Gas isn't cheap to run all the way back to restaurant. I don't know when I will be able to make back there. Most restaurants take your name and tell you that it's in or book when ever you return we will replace with no problem.
