Inman Eye Care. I am thankful that I had the honor of meeting them for the first time…read more I was made to feel comfortable, relaxed and found the atmosphere to be cheery. To me, that is rarity in many Dr's offices. Dr Inman explained everything he was doing. He was quite thorough examining my eyes. He was concerned with my right eye. Glasses came in about a week or so, about normal for my prescription, sometimes it takes two. One Lense was made the wrong prescription, so the glasses were sent back to be remade. Was told it would be about a week or so till they got back. THAT WAS TWO MONTHS AGO! I'm an overly patient person so some of the blame lies with me. I've been wearing glasses for over 50 years so when you tell me that the "manufacturer" says my lense is on "backorder", I have a hard time believing you. I've been calling every two weeks and every update to date has been less than accurate. Was recently told that they should be in by the end of the week. That was 2 weeks ago now going on 3. I'm an OTR truck driver so this experience has been less than stellar. I don't know if I'll ever get them at this point and so much time has passed I think I'd rather have a refund so I can take my chances elsewhere.
