The group bootcamp classes are 30 minutes, and are offered Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. You may think, "That's it, 30 minutes?"...but at the end end of class when you're laid out on the floor gasping for breath, you'll be thankful it was only 30 minutes! Holly is in charge of the program, and does an excellent job. She keeps her class sizes small, so she's really able to give each individual any needed attention. Whether you're a beginner, pregnant, or have an injury you're recovering from, Holly will work with you to modify the workout...which I think is pretty awesome! One of my favorite things about the class is the variety. Whether it's battle ropes, frog jumps, or high-fiving a partner between pushups...each day we do a different combo of excercises...that are challenging, interactive, and fun! I consulted a handful of naturopathic doctors before I chose one, but nobody compared to Dr. Leander. She has literally saved my life! At least, it sure feels that way! When I came to Dr. Leander, I was having terrible pain in my gut. I became bloated, lost all my energy, and was so weak I could barley move. I went to a gut specialist medical doctor, before I found Dr. Leander. This "gut specialist" gave me 20 seconds of his time, cut me off, and then prescribed me a pill to take. When I asked why I was taking this medication, his exact words were, "This pill is $1200, a pill that expensive is bound to work." I went home and did some research, discovering that this pill was known to cause immobility, cancer, and could destroy the lining in your stomach permanently. I called him 4 times to address this.
