I was stranded in Hazard on a multi day motorbike trip when I tore up a tire. I was able to talk…read morewith Joe in service and he fortunately had a tire that would fit my 2016 BMW. I was able to get enough air in the tire to limp over there and they jumped on it as soon as I arrived. Shawn was great in the shop. Because the wheel hub was large they did not have the equipment to balance the tire, but they put it in the truck and took it to the local automotive tire place that did the balancing. Joe and Shawn had me back on the road in a few hours. Al for a very reasonable price. There was no up-charge for the quick response, the extra effort to get the tire balances or because of dire straights. I can not say enough good things about these guys. If you need help, call them.
