All done in a friendly customer-first attitude. No payment necessary until work is finished to your satisfaction; an unusual experience with most contractors. Toot sent multiple photos throughout each day to help keep me documented 3000 miles away...Hands down the most professional person I've ever dealt with (and I'm in construction). So grateful for dealing with a local person who knows his craft, confident in his crew and left the project clean like they were never there. He also charged "normal" pricing and not the over inflated "insurance scam" rate pricing that is going on in this area. He gave us better quality shingles, faster service, transfer warranty and service like I was doing business with an old friend. This business represents their services incorrectly. They represent "their crew" but do not tell…read moreyou the crew that will show up is one of many subcontracted crews. When the work was completed there was no QA/QC done. We had to walk the house and note the unacceptable work, send pictures to the salesman and a crew showed up at our home at 7pm at night to "correct the issues". The issues that we were concerned about were in the contract. The salesman kept saying "you're getting a new roof" however this is a patched roof with new shingles. That is in the contract, but the representation is skewed and he claimed we were getting something we were not. The salesman said they don't get paid until the job is done and you are satisfied, however he wanted full payment whether we were satisfied with the work or not. He was very condescending and insulting. My advice, skip this middle man that represents Roofing Solutions, and find a contractor yourself.
