I had reached for my cup and it was leaking and I was very confused so I looked and it's all in the cup holder. I went back and they cleaned up no problem. I get back in the car and I start driving home and I notice that whoever took my car, didn't just make a mess in the inside but also moved ALL the mirrors, raised the driver seat, and the outside of the car was wet I didn't think I was getting a car wash bc it definitely didn't need one. Like I get you have to move the seat whatever but I've never once had the car handed back to me with all the mirrors moved. That just didn't sit right with me. Idk. Edit: got out of my car when I got home and noticed marks on the rear driver door. Idk if I'll ever come here again.

Never a loaner car that was promised in our contract and at Richmond a 1.5 hr repair and they kept my car for 8 days! Suburban never had a loaner either and we went there twice! Angela at the service station at Parkway suggested we give them a try. We could not be happier! Oil changes are done in a very timely manner, a repair was done in one day AND I was given a loaner! While I was there I also had my windshield replaced and they took care of everything. I had new brakes and rotars and pricing was less than other shops in the area and they did them quickly. Follow up to my first visit to Genesis for my air conditioning problem. I had to add another can of…read morefreon to the system and that gave me ice cold air conditioning once again. Genesis reached out to me and said they would check my vehicle for leaks. They found no leaks so I will monitor it for a while to see what happens. They initially did tell me that the evaporator was clogged and that performance may decline over time, but I feel the air is way too cold for there to be a restriction. Time will tell. My Camaro had some engine issues. I took it to a dealer closer to Novi and they told me it was…read moregoing to cost $2500 to diagnose the vehicle, and based on preliminary findings, it likely needed a new engine which would bring my total to $10,000+. I purchased an extended warranty on the vehicle. Even though I am no where near the mileage limit, the car is over 5 years old and no longer covered. I called Moran and based on what was going on with the vehicle, they did not agree with the findings. They did the entire repair for $1900. They also did not charge me a fee to pay with my credit card. It was still an expensive repair, but much more reasonable than the original dealer. They have technicians dedicated to servicing only Camaros and Corvettes. They know what they are doing. I've bought several vehicles from Moran and recommended several people to them. We've all had a great experience! Even though they are across town from me, I will be taking all my vehicles to Moran for service in the future.
