These lug nuts were perfectly fine before this service

If you want rounded out lug nuts and cross threaded drain plugs this is the place for you. After an overpriced oil change you will leave with more problems than you came in with. Last oil change they told me that my battery was weak and wanted to sell me one. Now this oil change I asked if the battery tested good? Yes the battery tested fine. When I get home and popped the cover on the terminals they had a huge amount of corrosion on the terminals. I'm pretty sure they never checked the battery and once again they sent me out the door with rounded out lug nuts. The only tool these technicians know how to use is an impact driver and let me tell you, they drive it home. I'm pretty sure they go home and watch Days of Thunder every night. Someone should teach these technicians how to use a torque wrench. I can't even say how bad the customer service is in the Quick Lane. Probably the worst customer service I've seen and I'm not just comparing them to other quick lanes, it's the kind of service you would expect in a drive through trying to get a $5 value meal. These unprofessional people are not the kind of people I would recommend or trust with my own vehicles from this point forward

I'm not sure if this dealership is Victory Hyundai, a franchised dealership or Premier Auto Outlet,…read morea non franchised preowned dealership. Regardless, I had a bit of a visit. I stopped in to look at a car listed on the dealership's website. The salesman brought me inside and had me fill out form with questions about what I was looking for. Vehicle type, payments, trade-in, etc... I was intentionally vague because I wanted to look and drive the vehicle. If it was something I liked, I would have been happy to talk numbers. He insisted, so I made up some answers. Then after about a half hour of small talk, his coworker walked over and said the car wasn't on the lot and the dealership wasn't sure when it would be back. Oh well. To the salesman's credit, he reached out a couple of days later to let me know the car was back. Unfortunately, I ended the call because he came on a little strong trying to schedule an appointment. It wasn't a good experience. It wasn't a bad experience, either. It was just okay. I don't think I'll return, however if you decide to visit, please do your due diligence and be prepared to walk away if you don't like what you hear.

Summary: This dealer messaged me on facebook about a car I had for sale, made me an offer, had me…read moredrive 45 minutes each way to their dealership, and then tried to negotiate an entirely new deal at an insultingly lower price based off of information they already had prior to me arriving. Hours of my day was wasted and I can genuinely say I have never felt more disrespected, lied to, and attempted to be hustled by a dealership than I have here. If they offer to buy your car, they will throw out prices they know you want you to hear to get you in the door, after which point they have no intention of honoring. This is what happened to me, just the facts: I listed a car for sale on Facebook. Marneasa messaged me, we talked price, and settled on a number. She told me the car would be purchased for $31,000 (see picture below). I flat-out told her I did not want to drive out to their dealership unless we had a deal as I'm very busy mid-move with young kids at home, and she told me we had a deal. I arrived and met Sydney. She immediately gives me a paper asking what my asking price and what the lowest number I will accept is (Red Flag #1, we already had an agreed price). I tell her this and she laughs and says "Oh I have no idea what you and Marneasa talked about, that's all on Facebook!" (Red flag #2). I should have left after this point. Of course you know what we talked about. She then comes back a few minutes later with a KBB printout showing my car is supposedly worth 22k and asks what I think about this (Red Flag #3). Again, I should have left. I told her I would not sell for a penny less than our agreed price. Also, I had done KBB pricing on my car and KBB put my car at ~27,000-34,000 depending on condition/who bought it. Nowhere did it list it at $22,000. They inspect the car, test drive it, etc. They spend 20 minutes "figuring out the numbers". Numbers we had already made a deal on, mind you. Sydney comes back later and tells me the car has too many owners (I'm the 3rd owner) and that they are no longer interested at 31k, but they'll try and get close. I had given them the VIN two days prior and the number of owners was nothing new to them. I took my keys and left after 3 hours of my day was wasted. The best part of this entire ordeal is that they have a plaque on their wall stating their guiding principles are "honesty", "integrity", "the golden rule", etc. I guess everyone at this dealership really enjoys being lied to, misled, and having hours of their day wasted. That or no one has ever explained to them what the words on that plaque actually mean. Also, fun fact about their $22,000 KBB offer - I sold the car to another dealership (Texas Auto Value) the next day for $30,000. No games, they looked at the car and cut me a check within 20 minutes of sitting down.

Now engine is not running has bad turbo and fuel pump and only 2 months in. Also side note the are not accurate or legal in doing paperwork they made things up! just now DO NOT GO HERE!…read more This was such an horrible experience. When I arrived at this place after being in contact with them for two weeks expressing to them that I want to purchase there 2005 Chevy Malibu. When I arrived at this place - Jhon the salesman was trying to work on the car. He asked me to start the car. The car would not start. He kept saying it needs a new battery. I'm not sure why they didn't fix that in the first place - when they knew I was coming. (Later I found out that a lot of used car salesman do this trick because when you connect the battery back to the car - it takes the car a little while to read the codes - meaning if there was anything wrong with the engine ,the engine light or etc would not show in the dashboard for a while.) I asked for Jhon to start the car - so that we could listen to the engine. Then I heard a rattle noise and asked what is that noise? Don (The owner) acted like he didn't know - then he says it the engine pipe. (Keep in mind they had both kept telling me "there is nothing wrong with the car") At this point Jhon and Don were telling me this is a great car, it doesn't have anything else wrong with the car. So, I believed they were telling the truth b/c I needed a car- Oh was, I soooooooo wrong. Literally - 15 minutes later after signing paperwork and leaving this dealership (I didn't even make it home yet) the car goes from 40mph and drastically drops to 0mph. All the codes popped up in the dashboard - indicating there was trouble with this vehicle. I was so terrified/scared b/c I was on the busiest street, a car almost ran into me, the hazard lights stopped working) Now, the car would not move at all. I called Legends Auto Ranch - and told them I just left your establishment and there car just stopped on me in the middle of the road. The woman on the phone acted like she didn't car. I asked her were they going to send a tow - she said "No". I couldn't believe that they weren't going to send a tow, knowing that I was stranded in the middle of the road . Next, I called a tow to take the car back to the dealership. Once I arrived, I told Don "Here is your car, it just stopped on me and I want my money back so that I can leave." Don kept refusing to give me my money back and kept saying it was the battery. Before I even left - Don told me he had put in a new battery since it was having issues when I got there. Also, Don refused to pay for the tow - he should have sent a tow in the first place to pick up the car. Don, Jhon, and the lady at the front desk were so rude, deceiving, and hurtful - they acted as if it was my fault the car stopped. They all kept telling me that the car was great. Literally while they are telling me that there is nothing wrong with the car. The car starts smoking (I have video as proof) I then told Don please give me my money back and I will leave and never come back. He refused again, then proceeded to call the police on me. Literally when the police arrived - the first thing the officer told me was - "this is not the first time they have been called for something like this - the officer told me to take Don to small claims court b/c this is not ok. The office then explained to me - that it is his property so I have to leave. That they can't do anything because they only handle criminal cases - but they did say this is a civil case and they suggest I move forward with a case. The officers called Don outside and asked him was he going to give me my money back - Don said he would mail me a check in the morning. I got my check almost a week later and he took $85.00 for the tow service (I never agreed to him taking any money for a tow) PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE AT ALL. They are scammers and liars - and sell cars knowing that they are not safe to drive. This was such a horrible experience. I pray that this post will save many people from heartache and pain. They are not good human beings - I wish I never interacted with these people. They are the definition of the saying "There are just some bad people in this world.".
