Dawson was the kind of youth leader who didn't just show up on Sundays; he actively built a…read morecommunity where every teenager felt seen, valued, and heard. He transformed the youth room from a simple meeting space into a vibrant, welcoming sanctuary where kids could bring their realest doubts and biggest joys without fear of judgment. Whether he was organizing chaotic high-energy game nights, leading quiet, insightful small-group discussions, or just listening intently over a cup of coffee, Dawson led with a rare mix of humility and passion. His dedication went far beyond the church walls, as he consistently showed up to his students' football games, school plays, and graduation parties, proving that his investment in their lives was absolute. Through his patient guidance and unwavering faith, Dawson didn't just teach the youth how to navigate their faith--he modeled what it truly looks like to live it out with kindness and integrity.

We have served in Student Ministry and at various events, and these people have become family. My two young boys love the kids ministry and the resources they provide to stay engaged during the week. So thankful for the army of volunteers and their leaders who pour into my kids every week. The word of God is preached from the stage, and sermons are rooted in scripture and a desire to challenge you to spiritual growth. That's perhaps my favorite part of my church, I'm not the same person who walked through the doors five years ago and I am so glad. I have formed meaningful relationships and received teaching that points to Jesus at every turn.

I cannot say enough about this amazing church. We travel a lot, and hands down, this is the best…read morechurch we have seen while travelling. My husband and I were visiting because we were on vacation in the area. We met church members the previous day while they were serving the community with warm fires and hot cocoa while the Christmas parade passed by. The Sunday service was contemporary and warm. Great Bible-based preaching. We were prayed over, loved on, and made to feel like we were part of their family, even though we were just visiting. We will be back when we visit the area again. I feel like they truly understand what Jesus wanted the church to look like and act like.

Dessert was ice cream with baked apples, which was delicious. It took about 45 minutes to get seated, which wasn't too bad considering the line I was in. They also had a bunch of homemade applebutter, jellies, baked goods to go.
