I have bought several cars from this dealer over the years, never had a problem. Like any used car dealer you need to check out the car you are interested in yourself. Whenever we have found something wrong with a car we have tried out they have fixed the problem if we were still interested. Wonderful people to deal with. read more

If i could do 0 stars I would, I bought a car there and the check engie light came on 3 days latter, its been a money pit since! Wouldn't recommend buying from here. read more

I have bought quite a few cars here over the past 20 years, never gotten a lemon! Recently, bought a car for my 17 year old daughter, had some issues we knew about going in, 6 months later, they gave us a good deal on another car. Yes, said "as is" on the window sticker, but they definitely do their best to take care of their customers. read more

I thought I would be able to find a good first car for my niece there. The woman who works in the office was completely unprofessional. Very snarky when I asked any questions about the car we were looking at. She told us we could take it for a drive but I really wanted to know more about the safety of the vehicle (ie; if it was in any accidents, rotten undercarriage, if the brakes and rotors were good etc) before putting my niece behind the wheel. I asked If it had been put on a lift and inspected thoroughly as I would not want my niece in anything unsafe. I was told that would be up to me. The woman, Laura was not very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. Seem to be more interested in her hair and outfit and wishing she was a Kardashian. (Goals) her demeanor was unfriendly and unprofessional. I was warned by several people but she had a car on the lot that my niece really liked the looks of. We ended up going elsewhere. I would personally not recommend. visit was in early 24. read more

If you're considering buying from Victory absolutely have the vehicle looked over professionally before making a purchase. Bought a Honda element, and was ensured that it would pass inspection. The frame is rotted through in three spots. Ultimately it was my fault, but still the staff was knowingly misleading, the expensive warranty only covered minor mechanical damage, and there was no return or refund policy despite it only being two days from the initial purchase. I have went through Victory Auto for 3 cars, the first 2 no problems whatsoever, the 3rd car I purchased had a battery issue after a few days. Brian the owner personally got me a new battery the same day, and considering I bought the car AS IS meant he didn't have. Not many other used car dealers would have helped me , I give 5 stars to Brian and Laura for caring about their customers and would recommend to start their search at VICTORY AUTO read more

They sell junk cars. Take credit cards that don't belong to the buyer. Trade such cars for another. Very sketchy. Don't disclose the truth about the vehicles. When owner was asked for information on a purchase was told he didn't have a key to the filing cabinet and his wife wasn't there. They accept credit cards that they Know do not belong to the purchaser. They sell cars that they just got and haven't inspected yet. read more

This place is a joke! DO NOT buy anything from them. My son needed a car for the 7 months before he leaves for the Marine boot camp. Had it one week and it will not start. Had mechanic look it over and it is unfixable. These guys are crooks and i will tell anyone i know not to go there. I give them 0 stars. read more

Sells overpriced lemons to people in need. Sold my mother a car because she needed something to bring her dying husband to and from hospital visits. 5 months later, she has a dead car and $5k still owed. They couldn't care less. Dishonest scam artists. Steer clear and protect yourself. This place should have been shut down years ago. read more

Car overheated and went into limp mode less than 3 miles down the road from buying it.

it sadly has gone down hill over time they used to have a great selection of road worthy vehicles for fair prices now its all rust buckets that are way over priced took a vehicle I wanted to buy to have it looked at before purchase it wont pass an inspection for the $4K they wanted undercarriage is all rotten, looked good from the sides Caveat emptor is all I can honestly say read more

Nice folks to deal with. Bought our daughters 1st car there when she came home from Army Basic and AIT. A very cute PT Cruiser. She drove it for years until she got married and traded up. Good reliable car at a very fair price. We will do business again. read more

Trash. I get that you have to inspect the vehicle and make sure it's what you want before you buy it but they sell crap. I was told the truck I bought was in good shape and didn't need much. Well 18 months later and I have put OVER $7,000 into this POS. I can't get to work without it so I have to keep fixing it. You figure what else could need to be replaced... but it never stops. I'd rather keep what I got and know what's been done and needs to be done rather than start over and not know but I've finally given up. Yeah this stuff happens but look at all the other reviews... please avoid this place read more

Mean, Rude, Unfair and Only sell Lemons. I've heard NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS, and Dozens of other people who have had the same issue. This place is a huge red flag, and you'd be wise to stay away read more

I bought a used 2005 f150 for 4000 bucks. I expected a truck that works and would not break down in 30 days. That's exactly what I got. I chose to buy a cheap truck and have to honestly say I was treated very well and 6 months later this truck is running great. Angelo read more

Sketchy, shady dealers. Sell junk cars. No follow up service. Don't know anything about what they are selling. All vehicles need extensive work to pass inspection. Don't explain what is wrong with the car so you have an idea how much money you will have to put into it. Won't help when you go back with questions and "lose" paperwork. Drive on by people, I implore you! read more

Rude service, dismissive when questions are asked, don't seem to know anything about the cars they're trying to sell.

My daughter bought an used car from Victory last month, she only just made her first payment on the vehicle they had the nerve to sell to a 20 year old naive girl! The engine blew up on her, I spoke to the mechanic where the car was towed to, he explained to me that it needs a new engine, water pump, caliper leaking, he drained the oil and it was filled with metal shavings from the engine! Besides the passenger window not being able to go up and down, but that was not included in the estimate. My daughter was so distraught and crying, so I called Victory and spoke with Brian, the proud owner, I asked what he would do on my daughter's behalf? NOTHING! Pretty much, tough luck, them the breaks and no I will not take back the piece of crap I sold her! Brian did say he thought the mechanic's estimate of over $6000 for repairs was a "ripoff" since he could go to a junkyard and get an engine for 500 bucks. Apparently that is what he did to make this heap of junk road wordy, it did have a savage title. Brian also lied to my daughter saying he drove the vehicle up from Ct, but upon my investigation online I saw he bought it at an auction. Brian and his used cars are a danger, he will sell you unsafe cars for a buck, he doesn't car if your child is behind the wheel. I warn you, you deal with him you lose your money and maybe even your life with the unsafe vehicles he sells! read more
