My comments are in the context of my use of Victorinox travel gear (brief cases) for over ten years. I have used a number of well known brands for brief cases, and I have never experienced customer service as great of that of Victorinox. I am admittedly a bit hard on my briefcases as I deal with a lot of documents and have many electronic devices and accessories, so the compartments and zippers get a lot of use. I recently tore the zipper on my current Victorinox bag, contacted customer support, and they went above and beyond my expectations. I am a customer for life. Well done! read more
