I don't prefer VS undergarment products anymore - the quality is not there in comparison to other competitors and feels like a gimmick to me; however, there are a few things I still find worth getting - the workout bras/leggings and sometimes pajama sets - that are made with 100% cotton. I will say this spot seems to have very friendly & helpful staff. Today, I came to utilize my birthday reward ($10 off) and surprisingly they had a really good sale - buy a sport bra and get a free work out legging - their promoting their VSX workout attire and it seems really good quality I am pumped! read more

I talked to a manager tonight two days after I purchased bras that just went on sale I asked her for a price match. She said she didn't do it. She finally gave in but would not give me her name so I could reference her name tomorrow. Extremely rude and confrontational. read more

Most women (me) hate bra shopping. Usually takes so much time.... I had been putting it off and wasn't willing to deal with the after-Thanksgiving- sale crowds. I'll pay full price to avoid lines. Christie at the Galleria made bra shopping a great experience. She was super kind and very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Fantastic employee, very professional. She REALLY knows her stuff. She will figure out what works (or doesn't work) for you fast. From now on, I will work with her. Many of the younger associates do not know what they are doing at all, in my opinion. read more

I shop at Victoria's Secret and have been a customer for many, many years. This was the worst experience I've ever had. I went in for a simple return. The young lady helping me at the register was extremely cold but I didn't think anything of it at first. I found some expired coupons in my bag and asked if she had trash. She curtly replied, "no". When I looked up I noticed there was a trashcan directly behind her. She simply did not want to help me. I don't know whether it was an economic, social, or racially motivated issue, but she has no business continuing to work with people without some customer service training. I always try to assume the best about people, even considering they may be having a bad day. In this case, I feel like I would be way too generous, as this young lady just did not seem to care. As I mostly have good experiences with this company, this was quite disappointing. I won't likely be returning anytime soon to this particular store. read more

I recently moved here to franklin and so far I'm extremely disappointed with the attitude and behavior of the females working there. Each time I go in , I get looks like I'm trash or shouldn't be shopping there... when I usually spend THOUSANDS of dollars there (sometimes monthly). Yesterday was the worst though. I spent a couple hundred dollars and instead of doing what most people do (take the gift cards).. I asked nicely if I could have one since my 8 year old daughter would like it. Apparently it's a huge deal and they said no... I'd have to buy it. There was no explanation as to why (inventory issue or whatever) JUST A NO. I GUESS ILL STICK TO NASHVILLE OR GREEN HILLS WHERE THEY KNOW ME BY NAME. read more

Had a great experience here! I was greeted immediately upon entering, the greeter pointed me to a sales rep, Taylor McCarter, and she helped me and walked me around showing me all their options as I was looking for low plunge bra for an event I had that weekend. I left with multiple bras, and underwear, she even ordered me items that weren't available, and I was in and out in no time because of her splendid help. She was very friendly, and professional, and knew the products and options well. She had so much exuberance and seemed to really love her job, and that lifted my spirits, also, and made for a great shopping day since I had been to multiple stores and been left on my own to find what I needed, which I did not. Taylor was a breath of fresh air, thanks, and give her a raise, she's great! read more

I shop at Victoria's Secret often. This store was a mess & the sales staff was too "busy" to provide the customer service that I normally expect when shopping there. When I did finally ask for help, I was taken to the location in the store where I was searching for a particular style of bra, then the sales associate walked away & went back to folding underwear. After rummaging through the drawers, I finally found a few bras in my size. I walked around the store for several minutes before finding the sales associate and asked her for a fitting room. Then I asked her for a discreet measure. I realized that I needed a different size than I'd selected & asked if she could get me another size. She said "let's try this one first." She then brought me a "tester bra" located in the back, which was stained & dirty. In addition, it just didn't fit right. She was very polite & sweet & asked the manager to come & help me when we returned to the floor. I asked the manager if there was perhaps a different style of bra that may be a better fit for me. She replied, "We only have those sizes. You're either one or the other. If they don't fit right, I don't know what to tell you." WOW, ok, so I walked around the store for a few more minutes & had approximately $750 worth of merchandise in my bag. I approached the register to pay & the manager (who was just standing there doing nothing), instructed me to go to the "Pink" side to be rung up. I returned to the "Pink" side & could not find anyone working at the register or on that side of the store. I put my bag full of merchandise down by the panties section where they had been spending most of their time not helping customers, and walked out of the store. No thanks, I work hard for my money & refuse to give sales to people who could care less. In addition to myself, I saw three other customers in the store who were not acknowledged or helped either. Ridiculous! Not the service I was expecting at all. I will shop elsewhere from now on. I will never shop there again. read more

I went in last night with my husband and our 9 month olds daughter and bought lingerie. The older woman that checked us out proceeded to make comments about being young parents and wanted to know if we knew how babies were made since we have one and we're still buying more lingerie. Extremely rude considering we are extremely financially stable first off, and second off considering it's hard for me to get pregnant in the first place because medical problems. Love the lingerie but who the hell says that to someone?!? I'll be shopping elsewhere in the future. Somewhere where people don't jump to conclusions and try to give life lessons. read more

While shopping and searching for a particular look, I finally received help. When I checked out, the clerk didn't put tissue in my bag( I requested it and then she reluctantly did). I visited a different VS location yesterday and the service was very different, and a pleasant experience, unlike today's. Perhaps whoever trains At Hendersonville location needs to come train at Cool Springs. read more

If it wasn't for Haley and Christi, I wouldn't shop at this store. Nobody else greets me or offers to assist me at this location every time I come in, and to be quite honest the other employees give me and others dirty looks which gives it a very uncomfortable vibe in the store-not Haley and Christi though...so friendly and helpful! Those two are beyond cheerful and work quickly. Super organized and professional, too. I don't know if they are managers or not but the other girls should follow their example of professionalism and kindness. read more

Please go somewhere else to buy your underwear. At this location I have been called overweight (I do not need to be told this. And I am not a really big woman). After losing over 40lbs, I was told to loose more. Well now I avoid even walking by the store. I feel like I am going to cry every time I see the store. Please go to another location or company all together. read more

Tried to return something with a receipt and I was told that I am required to let them scan and store my drivers license information in order to process return. Will no longer be shopping there. Nor will I let them scan my DL. Thanks but no thanks because the quality is not that great while the prices are exorbitant. read more

Horrible customer service!!! The manager is extremely rude !! The line to check out on a Monday is outrageous with one girl doing everything . The manager didn't even acknowledged the long line and walked away . Meanwhile the floor has tree girls just standing around on their phones . I don't plan to be back anytime soon !!! read more

My friend and I walked in around 5pm tonight (6/2/18). I had to return a bra due to a broken strap. We waited in line for about ten minutes because there was only one girl working the register. When it was my turn I told her I didn't have the receipt and I just wanted to exchange it. She told me that we could order it but I told her if she had it in store I wanted it today. She told me she needed to price check it first while she did that she said I could go find the bra....we looked around for a few minutes unsuccessful so we returned to the desk. Another woman asked if I needed anything and I told her the problem. She pointed me in the direction of the bras, not once offering to help find the one I was looking for. We searched and found they didn't have my size. So we returned to wait AGAIN in line for another 5-10 minutes, while we watched another girl fold underwear then pulled out her phone to text. When it was my turn she asked if I found the bra I said no and asked if she found the price. SHE STILL HAD NOT PRICE CHECKED IT. We told her that this was the WORST customer service we have ever experienced. We got my bra back and then drove ACROSS town to OPRY MILLS MALL where we were helped in and out in less that 5 minutes all while they apologized for the short comings of the other store. read more
