Absolutely terrible experience at Victoria's Secret, Kenwood Towne Center (8/26/25). I walked in at 7:35 p.m. for the "buy 2, get 1 free" bra promo. Two employees were literally lounging at the counter, ignoring customers. I had to find everything myself. When I went to the fitting rooms, they made me wait after buzzing twice, then told me I could only try on 2 sizes of one style because they were "closing soon." It was 7:48 p.m.--the store didn't close for another 12 minutes! Zero effort, zero customer service, and pure attitude. I left without buying a thing. This store clearly doesn't care about customers--I won't ever be back. read more

This location refused to sell me a sweatshirt last night that was on display! This was the last sweatshirt in that size and color, but said they can't take it off display! This is a total lie. It wasn't even on a mannequin. It's just hanging on a hanger in the window. I worked in retail many years when I was younger and also have shopped at stores in US and other countries. EVERY store, even the most exclusive, will happily take something off display if that's the size or item you need. The salesclerk checked with a someone using her headset. They refused and very rudely told us, "feel free to buy it online!" We told the salesclerk it's sold out online, which of course, they already know. This is an $89 sweatshirt, by the way. Are they not in business of selling apparel? WTH? My guess is someone who works there wants the sweatshirt for themselves. I'm actually stunned by the way we were treated at this store. Apparently you can look at items they sell, but you can't actually buy something on a display. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

i go to kenwood at least once a week, i had the absolute worst mall experience ever today at the kenwood VS. i was kind of confused about the previous bra size they had sized me with. because i was still having spillage but not enough for a bigger cup size. so i approach an associate and just ask for clarification on how the sizing worked between the band size and cup size. she stands there and stares at me like im speaking another language. so i word my question differently. she continues to stand there and look at me in confusion without saying a word. another associate comes up, i repeat the same question. now they're both just staring at me and exchanging looks with each other like i'm not making any sense. my boyfriend even reiterates the question to them. finally i just walk away and say never mind while they both giggle with each other. and then they proceed to watch me the entire time i shopped. ended up leaving with nothing. rude as hell. read more

I stopped by this location a few times. The first time was to look for new bras as I recently discovered that I've been wearing the wrong bra size. This location is large and has a lot of various products available since the Pink and VS product lines are in separate stores so there is more space overall. After scouring the sports bra area of VS, my size (32DD/DDD) was not available in any of the different styles I could find. A bit disappointed. My second visit I was looking for bathing suits. I stopped by the VS store and the worker at the entrance asked what I was looking for. I told her bathing suits. At the time, I didn't realize that Pink was a separate store. She said that bathing suits are not sold in the store. I had looked online and it said that the bathing suits were "in stock". I was really confused and told her as such. The worker got a bit nasty with me and realized I was looking for the Pink store and told me to go down the hall. Unfortunately, the VS brand of swimsuits are not available in stores and are also double/triple the price of the Pink brand. I guess I must have hit the Pink store right at the end of the bathing suit sale as there were not many options available in the store. A lot of the online options were sold out as well. Because of my bra size, I am really in between a small and medium in the top. I had to buy both and try on at home since the dressing rooms are still closed at this location. Unfortunately, I ended up returning both swim suits as the small was too tight and the medium was too loose in the band area. The workers at the Pink store were much more helpful and accommodating than what I had experienced at the VS store. I wish they allowed you try on before buying as it would have saved me the trouble of driving there twice. Overall, you're probably better buying online and shipping to your house to save you the trouble of nothing being in stock in your size, no fitting rooms, and poor customer service. read more

Can't get enough of this store! Love the "Pink" section, especially their underwear. Bras are great quality which fits perfect to my body type (not aggrevating like other name brand bras). I've also purchased their body mist frangrances and pajamas. I'm definately a regular! read more

I usually have extremely kind associates helping me, Today not so much... I had to pee and I am pregnant so I was trying to get in and out. Also with my body changing so drastically I was just trying to try a different size on to make sure that it would work so I could order it online in the necessary color. The associate who helped me at first was very kind and directed me to the fitting room and then I waited for maybe three minutes for somebody to walk by completely ignoring me spend five minutes in the fitting room with another guest (I understand she was busy) and then finally I asked if it would be weird if I stepped inside just to try it on over my clothes... She acted as if I just slapped her in the face.. I've never had someone be so rude and condescending while wearing a smile... If this associate is working next time I'll probably just walk by. read more

I was in dire need of a new bra, I've been having issues with the current bras and realizing that they were all the wrong size but I made it clear to the associates that I needed to walk out of here with at least 3 comfortable fitting bras they got me sized in and put me in a fitting room when I said the bra worked for me they brought me to the wrong bra size then proceeded to remove my name from the screen in the changing room when I got let back it to that room I didn't think much of and was asked 2 or 3 times if I was still in the room to which I responded yes. I asked for help on two of the Bras and got immediate help but wasn't done. So I went to grab two more bras, leaving the bras I was going to buy in the room, my room was then given away very quickly I decided to grab two bras off the Shelf and check out since i wasn't going to be validated as a costumer there I still went in with a very clear mission and still was in desperate need of Bras. I'm extremely disappointed in the sales associate I had the unfortunate pleasure of having help. This store just ruined my Christmas, body image, and self esteem. I have never had an issue until today, and it was a HUGE issue- as in a lady accused me of trying to return worn merchandise I bought four days ago. See pictures for yourself. This might be my fault trying to return underwear and bras but it's VS- you'd think they'd deal with this. I've never been so humiliated in my life. I left the store in shock and crying. I purchased two bras from this location last Wednesday on 12/17. I tried them on in the fitting room. I took them home and tried them on at home. I decided I did not want them. I came back to the store to return them on 12/22 at 2 pm. I also brought 10 pairs of underwear I changed my mind on after purchasing Hanes. I had reattached the tags to the underwear, put the underwear and bras back in the original bag, with the original packing, and the original gift card, and went back into the store. My total amount spent here was $154. The first cashier was very nice. Another woman came up to me and then said the bras had been worn and they only accepted underwear with tags. She said the tags were damp and the bras had deodorant. I explained I tried them on, had them in the bag, and returned to the store after having them in the bag after four days. They would not give me a return. She then proceeded to hold up the bras in front of the entire customer base in front of the counter, embarrassing me in front of everyone. I explained to her I had reattached the tags. I had washed several of the tags off but none of the underwear had been worn! Gross! And the bras had never been worn under ANYTHING! I tried them on, unless they had been bought that way with excessive deodorant stains on them. See the pictures yourself. I am a veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan. I cried after this and was humiliated having my choice of bras and underwear flashed in front of the store and a very pretty but cruel woman sneering at me in front of the customers. I was traumatized. I will never go here again. It's bad enough having a low self esteem, but having some uber pretty chick sneer down at you and completely destroy your holidays, loudly accuse you in front of everyone and make everyone look at you the way they did to me today... I am devastated. I hate this store and will never go back here again. I am only posting these embarrassing pictures to show these bras are brand new, along with the underwear and I never wore these dumb things once. They're going to someone at goodwill- so I hope you're happy VS! I hope at least someone gets a nice Christmas from this horrible consumer experience. It's not even about the dumb $150 at this point. Had a wonderful experience at VS. As a newbie to US sizes and the store itself, I was measured, advised and helped quickly and in 30 minutes I was a happy owner of some beautiful lingerie and a VS credit card. Nice staff and nice stuff! I loved the fitting room. So cute! read more

I am giving this Victoria's Secret 5 stars, merely because they are the largest Victoria's Secret in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Area. One of the only Victoria's secrets that has it all, including sportswear and swimwear. I got a coupon in the mail for a sports bra, so I went to my local VS and mistakenly thought I could use my coupon... only to find out that a 'yoga bra' is NOT a 'sports bra'. The staff here was also super friendly and genuinely seemed to care that you found what you were looking for and knew their products. I was quite impressed with this store! read more

So wow!!!!!! That's my first impression. It's been years since I've been in this store and I'm truly amazed at how big the store is as well as the service. I was pretty impressed with the large fitting room with an area with sit and wait. I love the Pink French style fitting room. Tres bien! This VS had a very pushy staff. This is not how I prefer to shop for bras. Granted, I came into the store 10 minutes before closing, but I would have preferred to grab what I needed myself within that 10 minutes. As soon as I set foot in the store, a salesperson asked me what she could help me shop for. I said "A bra" and she said "oh, you'll need to be fitted then" and immediately busted out her measuring tape and told me to take off my jacket so she could measure me. Her measurement was totally off. I usually wear a 34B and maybe gained 15 lbs since my last fitting...but according to her, I was "a triple". "Triple what?" I asked, confused. "Oh sorry," she said, "Triple D." Before I could process the thought, she whisked me off to the dressing area, where some other lady was supposed to get me bras in "my size" to try on. I explained to her that I usually wear a 34B, and she stared at me condescendingly for a few seconds and said, "Well, I don't know, but I trust her measurement." I told her that it seemed very unlikely that the size was so different, and she said "Girl, I wish I had a dollar for every time someone told me that, now try these on," and basically shoved me into my dressing room with the bras. Of course, I did not end up being a DDD, but rather a 34D. Even though I ended up getting a bra that fit, the most annoying part was her skepticism and lack of acceptance of the fact that the DDD and DD were too large. At one point, she told me the extra room in the cup was "just the style" of the bra. These ladies really need to chill out and allow some conversation with the customer. If you have a dissenting viewpoint, why not try explaining it rather than getting all defensive all of a sudden? It really rubbed me the wrong way. Had I not been rushed myself and just needed to get a bra and gtfo, I probably would have left the store and gone to a different one. Unprofessional, rude salespeople might get the job done, but they won't keep me coming back. read more

I am OBSESSED with Victorias Secret Pink line. More specially their sweatshirts and hoodies. If I wasn't a responsible adult I could easily squander my life's savings in this store! I was very pleased to see that Victorias Secret opened their Pink section. They were closed for remodeling the last time I went. The new look is awesome! New wood floors and lots more space, despite the fact that it was super crowded. I love that they opened a whole Pink section. Northgate Mall has this setup as well and I think it's becoming more common. They have a huge selection. Including a UC Bearcats section and a Cincinnati Bengals section. My best friend is a diehard UC fan so I picked up one of the new UC sweatshirts for her and Bengals one for myself, as well as one for my Mother. The salesgirls are always sweet and adorable. 5 stars for the best customer service I've experienced in a retail setting in a LONG time. Carlee went above and beyond in getting me exactly what I needed and in a cute color to boot. Admittedly spent more time in the store than I wanted to and if you're a little conservative about having someone "check your fit" it may feel overwhelming but Carlee made me feel better about the whole process as we found the best match for my girls ;) The store is rather large, nicely kept and cute. Again, best customer service ever in my years of shopping at VS. Way to go kenwood staff! read more

This location of Victoria's Secret is my favorite BY FAR. It has the best trained attendants and their personnel is very informed and helpful. The size of this location allows for a better inventory than most. I do love the large screen that always plays the Victoria's Secret fashion show. The secluded registers also allow for small lines to form without obstructing the rest of the store. This is the only place I like going to for undies. read more

I frequently shop at VS, have been doing so for many years; primarily this location, I am becoming increasingly irritated by the unprofessionalism & lack of good customer service in the PINK store there are just too many inexperienced young people working there. I hear them gossiping among one another, neglecting the customer & then acting as if I'm inconveniencing her b/c she has to do her job and ring me up. Also they never know answers to the fit of items, etc. This store cost waaaay too much to be mistreated, I wish they'd do better with the hiring process. read more

Weird set up at the mall. The Pink line is separate from the Victoria secret store (about 6 stores away). Also, I've never been in a VS that didn't have a sale section. Because neither of these two stores have sale items... On the plus side, I will say that the customer service here is superb. read more

Had OK service finding my product but the check lady gave me the wrong bag and then I got home and noticed. So called and went back exchanged my product and left. Got hone again and the security tag. So I had called and said I am not going back to Kenwood and she told me to go tri county and have ot removed. Such an extra waste of my time. read more

I have been past this store 100s of times and I have never stopped in until the other day and I loved it. As soon as my sister and I we were greeted and they were having a sale. I was stoked! Really I was because I love a sale and I love me some smell good stuff. I went directly to the smell good area and sniffed away. I swear if I would have had the money and wanted to be foolish with it I would have bought almost all of them, but I settled on 7 because the same was buy 6 get the 7th free. I can't wait to go back this Saturday...yes two times in one week, but I need to get the sale price so that I can share the love lol. The store was also beautiful. Everything was shiny and slick looking and clean. The associates were kind and friendly too. I say GO GO GO and SHOP SHOP SHOP. It is well worth it. read more

I love this store, but I really don't like being hounded by employees right when I walk in the door. I know it's their job, but sometimes I just want to browse. I can't even look at underwear without 3 different sales people coming up and asking how I'm doing and if I need help with anything. Other than that, I really haven't had a poor experience here. read more

I really like the newly remodeled store. More of a selection of items now, especially with PINK in a separate location in the mall. Still, the layout has a confusing traffic pattern and I wish some of the signage was better. I should be able to see the design name by looking straight ahead from a distance. The T-shirt bras among others had signage that was laying flat on the counter undernath where they were displayed so you had to search for it. Staff is really helpful though. read more

Every time I go in there I get measured. Again. And again and again. I don't even get the chance to tell them I've already been sized before they whisk me away into the dressing room to where they hand me a big handful of bras and a 10 minute trip turns into an hour. This place is a joke. I realize that you probably hate people who simply come in to use the free underwear coupons, but I definitely know I'm not the only one. Today I was going to buy a bra as well but the girls who fit me didn't quite understand what I was looking for, which totally wasn't their fault and they were very nice. However when I checked out, the manager stole the register I was at from one of the employees who was helping me, so that she could help someone buying something. She then proceeded to throw my underwear in a bag with no tissue paper and throw the bag at me. This isn't the first time this manager has been completely rude to me or other customers. You work in customer service lady, get some people skills. read more
