There care quality and professionals have DETERIORATED badly Doctors are booked out for months and its impossible to even see your own PCP. And God Forbid if you need a specialty doctore, you are doomed. They have hired Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA) who are NOT Medical Doctors. You are mostly thrown to the NP or PA who know nothing. They are just bodies to fill appointments. I have been with PAMF for over 10 years and my experience was really good up until 2019 when it was taken over by Sutter Health ! Its run like a business. The CEO is an ACCOUNTANT and other leadership team members are too. They have NO Medical experience therefore its just a number game for them. Because of them I landed in ER with a heart condition. She is SO SMART, intuitive, up on all the latest knowledge & options AND takes the time to personally connect. Despite being insanely sought after & busy, all her patients feel supported & attended to by her staff & scheduling personnel. Having someone so very smart who spends the time putting all the puzzle pieces together is a relief and a benefit beyond words. I can barely keep track of all the moving parts in my healthcare diagnoses but Dr Nasralla does so with ease & confidence. Dr. Farnoush Ghaderi is the primary physician for both of my parents and I. My parents started…read moreseeing her in late 2017 and I became one of her patients (thankfully!!!!) this Spring. She has been a literal life saver. Dr. Ghaderi is so thorough, patient and kind. In early 2018, she put my mom through a battery of tests and sent out referrals to many specialists, who found several health conditions along with Stage 1 breast cancer. Because of Dr. Ghaderi's thoroughness, she caught it early and inspired my mom to change her lifestyle in order to turn those health conditions around. One after another, Dr. Ghaderi has gotten my mom off of medications and reversed illnesses. She listens to all of my mom's concerns and never cuts appointments short so that we can handle everything. She also calls on weekends, after hours, etc. to check in with each of us depending on what's going on, and she always asks how my dad's blood pressure is doing whenever I come in for appointments (it's been stable and great readings since she got him on the right combination of medications!). She is a fantastic physician and I feel so lucky we are able to have her as our primary. She personally checks in on me to make sure symptoms, medications, and overall health are good even when I don't have upcoming appointments or any urgent concerns. She treats every issue with great care, and takes her time. This is so wildly different than any other interaction I've had with physicians over the years. Most want to shoo you away in a quick 10 minute appointment, Ghaderi asks tons of follow up questions and asks what else she can help with that day. We are so grateful for the hard work and time she puts in for us! As for the office, everyone is so pleasant and I've never had an issue getting ahold of them by phone. The whole building is new, clean and organized, and I really appreciate that!

The Hispanic woman was rude, and said "we are not taking TRANSFER PATIENTS, only NEW PATIENTS. Oh really?? WHY? The woman put me on hold. I don't appreciate being treated and discriminated against, by being put on permanent hold. If you only want MEDICAID PATIENTS, then that's all you will get. GOING TO STANFORD. Our County only gets 3rd rate doctors, and 3rd rate people to work in the office.

I am 50 years old and had a lot of complicated issues; I was a mess and didn't take care of myself back then. With Dr. Baldwin's support I was able to look at the whole picture and realize that I needed to take charge of my physical wellbeing. She is the most caring physician I've ever had and she took the time to examine the underlining issues that were the root of my illnesses. I never felt rushed, uninformed and always left with a plan and next steps. There were times when I was not doing well that she called me over the weekend to see if I was okay. She pointed me in all the right directions and referred me to specialist who could help her help me. Dr. Baldwin is a great doctor, but better than that a wonderful caring human-being.

This is completely serious! He'd have a casual conversation with her and ask how she was doing and being that she was 90+ she'd politely say, "fine" despite all of the issues she was having. I talked her into going to someone who would actually give her some medical care and we resolved some of the issues she was dealing with. I'd like to think a Dr. is going to take a medical approach and interest regardless of the patients age. It was shocking.
