You might want to try Victoria Harbour Cafe. While being overshadowed by its famous siblings (the Cafe Maxims & the Bar 360), Victoria Harbour Cafe has got lots to offer. If you ever get a random hankering for dimsum and chinese cuisine, go here. I'm pretty sure your cravings going to get satisfied. :)
They have the biggest siomai I've had ever and the yummiest hakaw too. The siomai is topped with fish roe so then when you bite into it.. pops inside your mouth! Ooh, and you got to order their iced milk tea. The presentation is very beautiful, the ice kept in a bucket as to not dillute the tea. The curry, the char kway teow.. order them too. I've got many favorites. He-he. As for dessert, cap the night off with their mango sago! The food's delicious and the best part is.. it doesn't burn a hole into the pocket! Very much budget friendly. read more
