NOT WORTH THEIR HIGH FEES…read more I hired this firm to represent me in a simple landlord tenant dispute. They do not have an office; they work out of the managing partner's home, (not very professional). Their website boast of all their experience, but the lawyer that showed up at court had just gotten his law license within the past year, and judging from his performance this was his first court case. The opposing attorney far surpassed him in the courtroom. Their fee amounted to over $3000 for one day in court. My leases provide that if I take legal action against the tenant and prevail, they must pay reasonable legal fees. The judge ruled that their fees were not reasonable, and would only allow less than 1/3 of what they charged me. The opposing attorney stated that he charged his client one quarter of what they billed me. The attorney from called me one afternoon when I was on another call. When I called back, he was on another call and they charged me $6.50 to tell him that I returned his call. While I won the case, it was because I am a real estate agent and have an air tight lease written by the Georgia Assosc. of Realtors. This law firm is an example of why people hate lawyers.

Casey represented me in a complicated accident case involving 4 vehicles. The Insurance companies tried to shift blame and not cover my injuries. Casey got right to work and made sure those at fault were held responsible. I truly appreciated his compassion for my pain and suffering. A super genuine guy who truly cares about what his clients are going through. He is as real as they come -- fair, dedicated, and etremely knowledgeable about the law and your options. He not only won our case, but exceeded our expectations by securing the maximum compensation. I will always recommend him first to anyone in need.

Casey has been a tremendous help in dealing with insurance companies following a traumatizing…read moreaccident last August. Originally I wasn't sure if my situation even warranted an attorney... I had this foolish notion that since the other guy was a nice guy and made a mistake any of us could've made, I shouldn't touch litigation or try to get money out of the deal. Please, do not make the same mistake I almost did... After being highly recommended by a close friend, I called Casey and agreed to meet up with him. While I had also contacted another attorney (a current judge in neighboring city) to meet up the day after, at lunch with Casey I changed my mind, and signed paperwork on the spot. In person, he doesn't give off the impression of a lawyer (that's a good thing!) but when you start seeing the paperwork his office starts sending, you know he knows what he's doing. At this time, we've gotten the maximum payout from the other guy's insurance, and are now continuing to go through my own insurance for more. If you want an attorney that gives you the impression that your situation is about helping you, and not just fighting another company, Casey is the one to go to.
