If the lady would have been a little nicer maybe she would have found out that the wet pavement was due to water falling off the neighboring building. Employees have no patience and will harass you with any cause of suspicion. Not a friendly environment to support.

It is. I grew up in co-ops and feed stores (the "feed store" is next door) and so I wanted to go in and wander around, maybe pick up a souvenir. The first thing I Noticed is it smelled nothing like I recalled - no wonderful leather tack smell. Maybe because so much is synthetic now. The second thing I noticed, in disappointment, was how expensive everything was. Like, really expensive. I thought, maybe I can get a child's lasso? $50 and the theme of lassoes nowadays, or at least here, seems to be glow-in-the-dark and bright colors for showtime (I guess?). The third thing I noticed was that even though I wandered the ENTIRE STORE, not a single employee said hello to me. What a disappointment in so many ways.

What a great place to stop at when on a road trip! I also have seen quite a few of the locals in…read morehere during the times I've stopped. It is more than meets the eye from outside. They are much more than just a gas station. They have all the necessities and are basically just a smaller version of a grocery store. They even carry hot deli items such as chicken strips, jojos, corn dogs, burritos, and even fried gizzards. The breading they use is delicious! The staff is friendly and their prices are pretty reasonable for being a small little store. I used the restroom while stopping there yesterday and it was clean, so no complaints there. They have a big parking lot with plenty of grassy areas to let your dog out to do its thing if you are traveling. The store could use a little updating but other than that, it's a great place to stop, gas up, stretch your legs, and stock up on snacks and drinks for the road.

Keep treating me and my employees like this and I will make it permanent.

This RV site is situated right next to US-93 and the Bitterroot river. There is some traffic noise,…read morebut it's not intrusive, and dies down at night. There are two kinds of spots, those with full hookups and those with water and power only. The ones without sewer are down by the river amongst the trees and this is where we stayed, right next to the river. Very relaxing. The site is nicely landscaped and maintained, with plenty of grass and trees dotted around. There is a slipway if you have a small boat. The river can also be fished and the on site general store sells all kinds of fishing gear, as well as many other things, including locally sourced preserves and honey. I bought a jar of the organic salsa and it was so good that I ate it all in one sitting. The store also sells souvenir items and alcoholic beverages, including local Montana brews - so I had to try some - very good! They also sell propane. The staff in the store are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. There is a 'restroom, shower and laundry' block on site - I didn't use the laundry, but the showers are nice, you are provided a code to get in. There are also poop bags provided and doggy waste collection container. The rear area of the site by the river is behind a lift up barrier and you are provided a card to operate this to get in, it automatically lets you out. There are nice views of mountains in the distance and a cycle path all the way to Missoula if you want to go that far... We've certainly enjoyed our stay here so far and would recommend it to anyone.

ALL REVIEWS BEFORE 2021 ARE INVALID! THATS WHEN THE NEW OWNERS TOOK OVER!…read more This is the 6th or 7th time we've stayed here since 2021. I want to tell you what happened to us last night. At about 9:30 PM, I was sitting in my RV when I looked outside and walking up the road, about 20' from us was a HUGE Bull Moose! It stood at least 6' at the shoulder and had the largest rack I have ever seen! From ground to the tip of the rack he was easily at least 10'! I'd say between 600-800 lbs! He casually walked through the camp like he owned the place, walked to the fence and leaped over to the neighbors property. He was BEAUTIFUL! You won't see that in Seattle, Portland, New York, or even Missoula!

We realized after getting our car we needed some change, just 2 fives for a ten. I went back in to the same cashier and she told me she cant give out change. Not that it is impossible to get the change from the till......it is, and she even said that it was. This was just policy. Are you joking me? I understand there is a homeless camp close and you are being biast and hateful to the less fortunate by not giving out change to them. However lets just take your hate reason away for not giving change to people. What about common sense? What abouut being good to the customer that just bought a bunch of useless crap and gas from you? Instead of being nice and amiable to me when i complained, you tell me to never come back.
