At one point, he got very heated and I was worried that he was more focused on what he chose to talk about than about driving safely. I kept trying not to engage him in conversation, but he would get upset if I didn't. His name was Ventura. He also asked me what airline he needed to drop me off at and ended up dropping me off at the wrong terminal. I had to get back in and tell him it was the wrong one. I know it was because he wasn't paying attention. He drove me to the correct terminal, but, if I had been late, I would have been in trouble.

She worked extra hard to be sure my wife and I were on the same floor as our daughter and grandson. She went well beyond what most receptionist would do, and when we got into our room she called about 10 minutes later to ask was everything to our liking. My wife and I thought that was so thoughtful. Now the downside, for a Wyndham hotel the bathroom was rather small and for some reason the bathroom door did not stay open there was a hinge on the door that would have it shut all the time. My daughter also said the same thing happened in her room. When I asked another receptionist about it she said all the rooms had that feature, I had never seen that in any hotel I've ever stayed at before. Next the breakfast wasn't the best for 3 mornings the breakfast sausage looked over cooked, the 4 slot toaster only had one side working however you had to adjust the temperature dial to get the working side to work properly and even then it would not brown your toast or bagels. Then the lady who I assume was in charge of the breakfast would put large sourdough bread to large for the toaster. The area around the food station was filthy with spilled milk and crumbs on the area where you were to serve yourself and the lady would just come out replenish whatever and leave and never return to wipe down the area. Also waffle iron didn't work but there was plenty of spilled batter. In the meantime the lady would be in the kitchen area singing Whitney and Michael songs at the top of her lungs. One morning at exactly 8:58 she started removing the food and I saw at least 4 people come in looking perplexed now mind you breakfast is served 6-9 but damn how's about a little grace, and she wasn't very friendly. Wyndham you should be ashamed of yourself and take your name off of this establishment. I used to own a timeshare with Wyndham. I've stayed at Wyndham hotels and this was not up to the Wyndham standard. Sorry gotta keep it real. One more thing your room only cleaned every 3 days so each day we left by 8am and returned between 9:30pm- 11:00pm. We were told this procedure was implemented during COVID. It's over clean the damn room and replace the towels. SMH
