Paul McCracken did our wills and was very thorough in asking our wishes and fully explaining all items during both pre and post writing. I would also like to add that Mr. McCraken took the time to help me with questions I had with an unrelated matter over the phone. Most lawyers would have demanded I setup a time and pay an hourly fee. By answering my questions "pro bono" (assuming that's the right term), he proved to me that he cares about his clients and not just their money. I highly recommend this firm to handle your will. Please take my advice: If you don't have a will, you NEED one. My Mother used one of those "will kits" and it resulted in months of delays, questions and issues of probate being raised. Mr. Merizzi is the lawyer, and he has pawned my off to Leo Dwyer (Estate Clerk) who only talks a big game. They have sent out ZERO proof that they are not stealing the money from the estate. I keep calling and emailing and now Leo Dwyer is pissed off at me for wanting an accounting of the funds and I still have no clue as to why they have not paid out. So, I contacted Mr. McGuinty Sr. and he promised to get back with me at the start of June 2024. As of today June 13, 2024. I have received ZERO Money and ZERO proof that the law firm is not stealing the money from the estate. Today I spoke with a very rude Leo Dwyer (Estate Clerk) and he got me off the phone quickly. 7 1/2 years has now passed by and still have no clue what they are doing. Leaving your estate to those you care about is a nice gesture. Having this Law Firm handle that estate is a risky venture. *UPDATE*. The case has now finished. I found out that the law firm was not stealing from the estate. However it took just over 6 years (December 2022) to settle the case and I feel that it was totally handled wrong. They sat on everything until I started calling in January 2024 demanding an update. There are 3 of us that were in the will. They stopped looking for 1 person. They started looking again at the start of 2024 with me calling several times over the last 6 months. All of a sudden that person was found. Now the funds have been distributed. A lot less than expected. I will stand firm that the case was mishandled this case over the last 7 1/2 years. I still stand by my words that this firm is not the right firm to handle your Will.

When I finally received a response, I was told they had stopped representing me back in March, but I was never informed of this at the time. Despite this, I didn't receive an invoice until the end of July. When I asked about the delay, I was told it had originally been sent on March 7 by a different law clerk -- someone I had never interacted with -- and the message had landed in my junk mail. There was no follow-up until I reached out months later. Then it was discovered it was sent end of May, but that was only discovered after I followed up assuming I was still working with a lawyer. I was also concerned that there was confusion between our brand name and our legal entity -- they are similar, but one includes "Corp" and the other does not. This led to delays and the need for additional clarification. I felt that instead of replying to my email to address this concern, they simply decided to disengage -- but never informed me of that decision until months later, when I was in immediate need of legal support to resolve an employment and estate matter. Most troubling was that I was left to scramble to find new legal representation at a time when I believed I was still being supported by this firm. I had no indication that the relationship had ended, and I felt exposed during a period when I needed legal protection and continuity. When my file progressed and I reached out again, I was told: "Unfortunately due to current commitments, I am unable to re-engage at this time. I recommend that you promptly seek alternative legal counsel who can assist you without delay." I was also never provided with a clear quote or fee structure. After sending an initial retainer, I later received an invoice with additional charges -- which I only became aware of in late July. This lack of transparency made it difficult to plan or understand the full scope of costs involved. Finally, I was told that my March 3 email -- in which I expressed disagreement with some advice and asked to pause the matter -- was interpreted as a disengagement. However, I was never informed that the file had been closed, nor was I contacted to confirm this. I only learned of their position when I followed up months later. I would have appreciated clearer communication, more attention to detail, and timely updates about the status of our relationship. This experience left me feeling unsupported during a time when I needed clarity and guidance.

Jamie Noel had me sign off on my enhanced benefits and told me she would ruin my life because I confronted her about her not acting in my best interests. They raped me of my identity and recovery as well . After the discovery process that led to my confrontations with Jaimie she was removed as lawyer for my behaviour towards the fact she had not acted professionally or otherwise to be treated like a child and made comments about my reading abilities because I signed off on my settlement .
