I purchased a "water pipe", and not exactly a cheap one. The staff did not say nor did I read any signs that there are no returns or no store credit on "glass objects" is the term I was told. So they wouldn't even exchange it, Or store credit and I laughed with an expensive piece of glass that I don't use. The thing about glass objects it's the easiest to clean. So they stuck me with an expensive water pipe that I don't like and can't use. Customer service was decent enough because I had questions on CBD, what it can do, and which form is the best option for me. I eventually decided on buying a cbd cart and I was happy with when I left. It is now day 4 and my cart is almost gone ! I haven't been hitting it to the point where it would be gone this fast. I've been a few times to this location the first couple stops were good but tonight was a little sour. First looking at the receipt I was charged $14.99 each for two vapes when the clerk told me they were $10. Error but ok. Second I bought some hemp infused tea I liked but two of the cans are dented which shouldn't be sold imo but whatever. Though I felt one of cans to be lighter than the others and sure enough it's half empty so not sure if was leaking or someone drank from it but either way this shouldn't happen and I'm going to not drink the two damaged cans.
