Vianet Internet Solutions - This is how they left my installation. Then expected me to pay over $100.00 for them to fix it. - North Bay, Ontario

This is by far the worst company ever! I paid $160.00 for my insulation and first month. The Internet was "hooked up" 9 days ago. I have only been able to get on the Internet once! When I call in to the tech. They blame it on my computer. My computer works fine with Bell Internet! When they first installed the line I had bare wires hanging. Never use this company! read more

I have never had any problem with Vianet in all the years I have used their internet service. I'm not sure how long that is as I started with Efni back in 1995, which was later absorbed by Vianet. Must be at least 15 years. In all that time, there has never been a glitch on their part. The few problems I have had have come from my own ignorance and have quickly been sorted for me by their technical staff. read more
