Due to having to open up a ceiling in the 2nd story of our home for some repairs, we had a small opening into the upstairs crawlspace area. I reached out to TCI on Friday afternoon to see if there was any posibility to do the work on Saturday because the opening was to be closed up on Monday. Jonathan was super communicative and managed to squeeze my project in on a Saturday with less than 24 hours notice from me. He also took care of my FPL rebate for me, taking it off his total price and making the my life much easier (and the project less out of pocket for me). His team arrived on time and were very polite and respectful of my property. They took before and after pictures for me without me even having to ask them to do this and shared them with me before requesting payment. I will definitely use them again, when I am ready to do insulation in the other parts of my home. Highly recommend!

Buy a house they said…read more.. Lord have mercy it has been one thing after another, just when you think your are done, you get a kick in the pants! Dont get me started on the contractors here in Florida with poor response, poor workmanship and poor customer service, are you with me so far?   Well the journey begins! Let me set this up for you. I put a new roof on approx. June 2022, hang on, I'm going someplace with this.! I have had 4 roof leaks! Yeah I said it, did I do a review on that company? No but it is coming you can count on it. So I thought putting in insulation in my attic would be good for the house and my AC unit. I called 2 companies-only one returned my call. Why only 2- I read the reviews. I did my research. The question is put the new insulation on top of the old or remove the old and than the new. I went with the latter one. Than I am hearing horror stories of feet, hands coming through the ceiling! I asked this company "does this happen?" Yes they said but not often they are very carful (I heard this before) I HAVE A STOMACHACHE! Well Jason (Scooter) who showed up, was very professional, knew what he was talking about, when I asked questions he explained everything  to me so I understood. Ok I thought this was too easy. Now Christian and the crew showed up (here it is-this is what I was waiting for)  Nope Christian was a duplicate of Jason! WAIT WHAT...what is happening here? Work was completed in 2 days ! They cleaned up my garage, and driveway like no one was there! The work was perfect absolutely perfect! Tears of joy ladies and gentleman ! Tears of joy! I want to adopt this entire family! I finally had to find my receipt from them to be able to properly Yelp this company. They came over and did a quote. They then were able to fit in my attic which is very tight and small. They also put paper rulers up to show how high they sprayed in the insulation. Overall the company did I believe for the most part over 17 inches of insulation which dramatically cut my energy usage especially since FPL has increased their rates. I to this day am very happy I used this company. I will however suggest when getting insulation make sure you have airflow still otherwise like I did, I got a solar fan in my attic just to help.

FPL said we didn't qualify as they said we have sufficient insulation, however, we decided to have it done anyway. We had several areas of the house where our laser thermometer showed there were temperature difference of up to 10 degrees. We informed the installers of this and a week later, we are happy to say that in those areas that were warmer, they are now on par with the rest of the house lessoning the need to adjust the a/c. It will definitely help with our electric bills.
