The customer experience with Vertafore is horrible! I logged two tickets and one was closed before anybody contacted me. I finally received a response on another billing ticket three weeks later. Most (not all) of the people I have dealt with as the agency owner are not allowed to make a decision. Vertafore's billing practices are criminal at best. They seem to be concerned only about the large accounts and could care less about the smaller agencies. My agency consists of five people and a book of 2.5 Million. But apparently, we don't warrant legitimate customer service. I don't care if somebody is a one-man shop. They deserve respect and professionalism, neither of what I received from the company. read more
