He is incredibly patient, thorough, and demanding on behalf of his client. I can honestly say I would not be where I am today without the help of Mr. Ferrer. Having a real estate agent on your side with both a knack for the industry and a wealth of experience is something I can't recommend enough. Nick's definitely got it.

He was thorough, professional, and super responsive! As a first time home buyer, my plan was always changing but he always kept me apprised about all available options based on my needs and wants as well as let me know as soon as a new one came on the market. He knew the market, the house's value and its potentials! He gave me honest comments and valuable recommendations on every home we toured. He was honest and forthright - no game! Come down to strategies and expertise, he knew what to offer to be competitive and made sure everything was fair from inspections to repairs and even after we closed. I would highly recommend him to anyone, a "friend" who will always be on your side as a buyer!

I am so thankful to have worked with Alicia and Bobbi! We initially worked with Alicia, but late in…read moreour search process, Alicia needed to hand us over to Bobbi. Thanks to their incredible teamwork, Bobbi seamlessly stepped in and helped us seal the deal. In our time with them, they continually advocated for our interests and demonstrated incredible depth of industry knowledge.  Their thorough understanding of different neighborhoods, costs of renovations, contractor recommendations, and attention to detail was stunning and incredibly valuable for us through a challenging home search process.  For context, we were previously working with a different realtor team who routinely advised us to take actions that were very much not in our best interests and rarely offered solutions to problems that arose. Alicia and Bobbi were such a breath of fresh air, by comparison, and I cannot recommend them enough!

Bobbi is friendly, communicative, organized, and trustworthy. She was honest and upfront about homes that wouldn't have been a good investment for me, and she pointed things out that I didn't know to look for and might've been unhappy with. She has her clients' best interests at heart and the experience to provide and inspire good judgment. Bobbi is also fun, easygoing, and comfortable to be around. She shared in my excitement and reassured me when I felt overwhelmed or anxious about the process. Spending time with her at my tour, inspection, and signing felt like hanging out with a family friend. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience, Bobbi!

Kim and her team curated a house search that led me to make an offer on a home after a one day search. That is because she listened and understood my needs and wants within my budget. Additionally, Kim has kept up a relationship over the years and knows me and my family. Kim has also stayed current on home trends so she knows how to get your home sale ready. Because of her reputation in the business, Kim has a well established list of contacts (Mortgage brokers, home inspector, etc.) that are also wonderful to work with. They have to exhibit not only an exceptional product but do it consistently. Kerri is the consummate professional yet very friendly and personal. Fast and prompt in returning emails and phone calls. Can be aggressive when needed in going after what you want. Very flexible. Was able to meet us last minute on several viewings. Quickly understands what your style is and what you're looking for. Had the inside scoop on West Linn as she's lived there for 20 years. Showed us a bunch of houses in our style and price range that weren't even on the market yet. My brother, my close friend, and I all used Kerri recently and we couldn't be happier. What really sets her apart from other real estate agents (most are going to be nice and professional) is that she really seems to understand the current state of the market. My brother listed his condo (south waterfront) with her for a lot more than what the prior real estate agent had quoted as proper selling price just a few months prior. It sold pretty easily. He then used her for a short sale purchase in LO and she worked hard for him. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

She just dismissed it. Never mind I had all sorts of people coming at all times to help move. She told the sellers we had to go thru the realtors for specific issues (involving rent), then she sent an email to my realtor complaining about it. I had to rent for 2 months and she wouldn't even give me all the keys and openers. And at closing, I still didn't get all of the openers. And on a total side note, (this didn't affect me at all) but the color brochures she had out at the property were full of wrong information. You can tell it was a copy and paste job and not from a similar property. I would never trust her to represent me and my property. If I ever see her name on a property I'm looking at, I will walk away because working with her is not worth the frustration.
