I've been using this mobile car wash service consistently for four years, which is what makes this experience so frustrating and disappointing. During my most recent wash, they sent a new worker I had never seen before, and the wash itself was rushed and poorly done--honestly one of the worst washes I've received from them. My car is a brand-new 2025 and was in immaculate condition prior to this wash. As I pulled my car in afterward, I immediately noticed a scratch that was not there before. The worker did not point it out or say anything about it. I called the company right away and spoke with a woman who told me the owner would reach out to me. It has now been over a week, and I have received no call, no message, and no follow-up. After four years of loyalty, I expected better quality and, at the very least, accountability. Accidents can happen, but ignoring a customer after damaging their vehicle is unacceptable. I would caution potential customers to be careful, especially if you have a newer vehicle, as there appears to be little follow-up or responsibility taken when issues arise. read more

This was the worst service I've received from them. I made a appointment to get my car wash by Vernon's Mobile Car Wash & Detail. I made the appointment for Saturday (5/2/26) @ 1:30 p-m. 1st they called me at 11 am, to see if they can come early, I responded no. Next, I'm on my way home & they call me again, asking if they could move my appointment from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm, I said that would be fine. Then, around 2:12 pm I texted them to let them know their technician hasn't arrived - Poor Customer Service, I shouldn't call them, they should call me to let me know they're running behind. Then, I get a text stating I have to give them a 30 minute grace period. I told them no one has informed of such, no is it stated on their site. The tech calls tells me he's here & that was at 2:40 pm, I didn't get a call not text they were running late - Poor Customer Service. I asked the tech to some around the corner to the side of the house, I'm outside waiting for him, again no show. Again, I have to call to find out where he is, he states he's on the side, I say, no you're not. He's says yes he is on the side of the grey house (74th & Dalton), I told him that's not my house & you're on wrong street. I had to give him directions to get to my house, he finally arrived 10 minutes later - There was so apology for being late, no credit and/or extra service for free, Horrible Customer Service. When he (John) was completed I checked the call. Question(s) I asked he couldn't answer, so I asked he to call the company. He talking to company, not asking what I asked, so I asked him to put them on speaker, so I could speak with them. So as I finished reviewing the wash & wax work I notice some paint removal & I asked John & his response, "This is an old car & it happens." No I'm sorry, I don't know how that happened & I'll let my boss know so they can reach out to you. I also texted & send pics. Same here, no we're sorry that his happened & I'll let the owner know, just I'll let the owner know. Again, this was horrible Customer Service. I paid $160 for a Full Detail for my Merz GLS 550 and received basically, an interior cleaning & spray wax. The next day, the exterior looked worse than it did prior to the service rendered. Bottom line, that's not a Full Detail & it's overpriced! To add, I gave a $25 tip! read more

I reached out to Vernon's to get my cars Interior cleaned and sadly I was disappointed with all but the work on my cloth seats. The representative that came out was early and called to let me know he was ready to work. An hour or so later I was told that the work was done. I got home to find that only the cloth section of my seats were cleaned. I called and advised them that the job was half assed and I even sent pictures to them to show them the results. They came out to attempt to finish the job. This time the representative seemed not to know what he was doing. After about 20 minutes he asked my wife if there was anything else needed. She had to spend 20 min of her time to point out the clearly dirty carpets, cup holders, dash, center console and doors. Even after this my car still has dirty spots. I sadly paid $100 for a piss poor job. I would not recommend them and advise that you take the time to clean your own car or go to a brick and mortar Car wash. I was fed up with the local car washes and started washing my on vehicles. The other day I stumbled across this company while driving by as they were working. I have never tried a mobile service and decided to try it out. Andre came to our home and did an amazing job on our vehicles. I go off-roading in my jeep and it gets really dirty inside and out. When Andre finished you couldn't tell it had been I the dirt. I highly reccomend Andre. His attention to detail I never received at the local car washes AND I DIDNT NEED TO LEAVE HOME AND IT WAS LESS EXPENSIVE! read more

I saw a young gentleman with a mobile car wash vehicle washing a few cars by my job. I asked how often he comes around and he said when ever they call me. He gave me his card and his prices. I've done two washes with them so far and its been solid. Friendly guys. One did a really great wash and the older guy was so so... Today's car wash a 2.5 / 5 I don't want to be asshole but the windows were barely done. I took pics right after... I figure if one was a 5/5 and the other a 2.5...I'd give them a 3/5. The employee who showed up (Andre) was lovely and I have no complaints about his customer service. However, I wasn't the happiest with the results of the $185 detail. After I commented on Jessica's FB post that the results weren't what I expected (seat stains extremely visible in comparison to the other two cars serviced, middle console not clean) she messaged me privately on Messenger. But before I could open the message, she deleted it and BLOCKED ME. I'm disappointed that she didn't allow for a conversation to take place to rectify the situation and therefore has painted the business she either owns or works for in a negative light- one that does not give a f*** about customer experience. read more

I hired them to wash my daughter's car, the person left water spots all over my daughters car, I contacted them and to be fair they tried to make it right by giving me a free car wash the following Monday. So there I am, driving home from work on a Wednesday evening. I stop at the bank real quick then head a couple blocks west to my house. I'm almost home when some road-raging psycho throws a FULL chocolate frappucino from Starbucks into my open car window, spraying the entire interior of my car with chocolate coffee mess. What. A. Nightmare. I get home and pull up Yelp, search mobile detail and Vernon's is first on the list. Their Yelp page says they close in 20 minutes so I call immediately, praying they can send someone before this chocolate nightmare sinks into my cloth seats any further. I'm surprised to hear they can send someone right away, and sure enough within less than 15 minutes I get a call that the dude is here, and in less than an hour after that he had my car back like none of this absurd nonsense ever happened! So if you're ever in a bind and need a quick detail on some funky mess, hit up Vernon's, they got your back, and for a very reasonable price at that! She had unnecessary attitude when my gf asked for the venmo. She gave us both dirty looks as soon as we walked out the door. I found Vernons mobile carwash through a posting on a FB page. I was a little skeptical because there wasn't any reviews on yelp, but took a chance. I hired them to wash both of our family cars and no gimmicks, the basic wash was $20 each for the cars. They showed up on time and were finished within an hour. Based on the positive experience, we hired them to wash over 45 cars for teacher appreciation week. We had a great experience with their communication, they were time efficent and did a great job on the cars. They didn't require any supplies, electricity or water from us - they had it all!
