T-mobile.....worst customer service, EVER! I cancelled my service with them over two months ago. I…read morehave a 47.10 credit that I've been trying to get refunded since I canceled service. I had to get a new debit card due to fraudulent charges. T-mobile says they can refund my money using the last card they had on file. I explained to them I had to get a new card because of fraud charges and gave them my routing number and account number to refund my money. They can't do that and keep telling me that it will be done in 10 business days. It's now two months later and still dealing with then because they haven't done their job! #tmobilesucks I wouldn't give them any stars but had to give one just to post this review.
