Not friendly at all when I entered and explains problem ... the guy wasn't paying any attention and then somehow did seem to fix the problem. I asked him how he did that and he wouldn't explain. There was only one other customer in the store, who had also somehow been put-off and clearly wasn't happy ... there was another disservice guy there in the room, and he was not with a customer. Once again, 1 star is too much. During my visit, I asked my salesperson Orbutz [sic] why he didn't tell me the best price first? He said "That isn't my pitch" I told him "I don't want to be pitched!" He pleasantly asked me to leave, have a good day and God Bless you. What a twit! read more

Just cause I couldn't put no stars. One star is too much. Horrible service. The guy the "helped" us didn't fix a thing just made it worst. I went back to explain he fixed my phone but messed up my wife's. Then he said you all have to call Verizon because he couldn't help up. Then continued watching he's wrestling show on his lap top.. horrible horrible horrible place to go to.. it's best you make the drive to McAllen read more

I was supposed to pick up a phone through curb site. been here for 1 hour. come inside the store, there are three worker, one asks me what I need and she leaves, the other guy is on the computer laughing at what not, and the third guy helps the lady behind me. this is the second time I come in and service is horrible. Dont do business with people that can't even get me a box in a minute before walking out. read more

I'm tired of her, please watch yourself from this girl. My advice to Griselda Maldonado or however you spell your name, is for you to call cops as soon as you see her coming near you. She's hidden in the back of vehicles just starring at me and seriously I'm scared of her cuz she always has a crazy look in her eyes. I used to be her neighbor and she would always talk to my husband which I didn't think was weird but she started stealing my clothes when I would do laundry in the laundromat at the complex like leaving me with a few articles of clothing and she would wear the clothes days after. She was always everywhere I was. She went to my job so many times with the same story as the one she posted. This girl has a kid or two now I think and she really needs to get some psych help honestly. The last time I saw her was at Kans and Kegs and she tried to sell "services" to one of my friends man. I drove away as soon as I noticed her and the only reason I know was cuz he was talking about a weird experience he had.

I want to say that my 85 year old Mother got the best customer service you could possibly get from Logan. He went up and beyond his call of duty. He kept me in the loop of what he was doing and on his day off even reached out to confirm she was set up and good to go. She had the worst service and customer service from At&T. She was put on my account with my daughter and I with no trouble at all. So living in a different state and have someone take such good care of your Mom is so important. Logan is outstanding and I appreciate all he did for her. You are very lucky to have him. read more

I signed in and barely had time to look around to see the displays of cell phones, tablets and internet equipment when my name was called. I have had Spectrum Internet service for several years, and only recently began experiencing some connectivity issues. I explained what was happening, and they looked over our plan and equipment listed. They gave me a new router that works with our new modem, no charge, and sent out a technician to install it and ensure everything was working properly. The few times I have gone to the store, I have always been well taken care of and issues resolved. The employees have always been friendly, helpful, professional, and caring. The prices for their plans are reasonable. I am happy with their service.

When you try to cancel, they try way too hard to keep you as a customer. The process is painstaking and their service is not worth it. Too many disconnections and buffering moments with spectrum. I really think that the public shoudl be aware of the deceptive practices that FEDEX office uses at this location. A small amount of effort was needed to do the right thing, and the people at this location lack the desire and pride of being gainfully employed and truly provide customer service. Though it's sad that most PC games are going digital now on Steam so Game Stop has pretty much quit sales of most in-store copies of PC games at many locations I visit but they can still order t hem and at times do carry PC games. Though if you buy any games for PC, make sure it doesn't have "Denuvo DRM" if you're not familar with what Denuvo is it's crappy Anti - Piracy software which is embedded with your game and doesn't stop piracy because face it games are cracked within 24 hours of release, and often on same day as release put online for free, but sometimes delayed before being released to the public by crackers. Point being that What Denuvo DRM does which is included with Digital Games from Steam, and in some copies of games sold at Game Stop / Best Buy for example is it slows your FPS, and over-all performance of the pc while the game is running, yet you are legally paying $50 for it. Also consoles such as PS3 / PS4 are heavily anti-consumer when it comes to repairs and it's the reason I recommend PC gaming over consoles as for around $800 you can build a pc that will last you 5+ years if taken care of properly, and around $2000 you get a really good gaming pc that can last many years compared to consoles. In Fact a PC that is taken really good care of will basically become (EOL) End - OF - Life before it goes through any high-cost failures, which basically means the hardware is so outdated it can't run modern games or software and has to be updated.
