After 2 long hours I found out I was not able to use the card anywhere on the T-Mobile App or any T-Mobile store. Although, this card is specifically for T-Mobile use only. This issue caused plenty of frustration not only with the retail store which it was purchased from but the T-Mobile Supervisor was unable to help with this situation at all. I was told by T-Mobile maybe o could sell the card elsewhere to get my money back since the retail stores are unable to reimburse/ refund purchased prepaid cards.
