I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT&T ESPECIALLY THIS NORTH LAS VEGAS LOCATION…read more There were charges on my bill that I wasn't told about when I upgraded my phone last month. Tuesday 9/24, I went to the AT&T store in North Las Vegas where I upgraded my iPhone. Charles, the manager that assisted me, is no longer at this location. Robert was very kind and helped by validating my concerns and said I would have to call in to AT&T to get those fees waived. Says there's nothing they can do about billing from the store. 9/25/24 at 2:39PM I called AT&T from the information listed on the copy of my bill that Robert had printed out at the store and spoke with Jane. At first she said she couldn't waive the fees, then she put me on hold. Then she gave me a $20 partial credit for NEXT month. When I asked why only a partial credit for something that was not in the signed contract that I agreed to, she tells me she is bound by certain limits and I should go back to the store to ask them to waive the fees since they are the ones that set up my contract. Oh but before she ends the call, she wants to know if I would like to add an additional line for a family member. Unbelievably insensitive to my resolution. I'm now noticing that if I had just waited another month, I wouldn't have had to trade in my old phone and I could have received the iPhone 15 (that I have now) for HALF of the installment payments that I'm now being charged. I have since called the store THREE TIMES. 9/25/24 3:49PM The first time, Amir answered because no one at the store could answer the call (he works in a call center?) Amir tells me yes, call back and speak with Robert (the one I spoke with last). He can help me with waiving those fees because they did it at a store level. Amir suggests I call after 10:00AM tomorrow morning because Robert isn't working on this day. 9/26/24 10:55AM The second time I contacted the store, Robert wasn't in yet. I left my information to have him call me when he got in. He never called back. 9/26/24 5:13PM The third time I contacted the store, Jeff tells me Robert is there but he's in the back. I tell him I'll wait on hold. Jeff says it could be over a half an hour and asks for my information instead. Jeff has helped me before and doesn't offer to help or provide any assistance. He assures me Robert will call me back. Robert has not called me back. I wrote two 5 star reviews about my experience with Charles at the AT&T store in North Las Vegas. I brought my friend in the following day to upgrade his phone too. I tell everyone how much I love AT&T and now I feel like a fool. I am embarrassed that I have been suckered into being a customer with AT&T for the next 36 months.

Just called the store , spoke with George to inquiry about trade. They are currently ordering…read moreiPhones 16, since they don't have them in the store. I told them I was inquiring and much rather walk into the store and complete the process. He stated is the same process. I insisted I would walk in and he hung up on me - I called back to get his name. John answer stated he was not the person that helped me and that the manager is Christian. I suggest a better customer service training and this is a reflection on management team. Will take my business to another AT&T store

Zero stars really…read more Went to exchange a router that was no longer working after 30 days. The internet stopped working and finally realized it was the router. We took it in to exchange and was told we had to wait 3 days as the stock in back was for new customers. Lol. Step 1, how to loose existing customers is treating them as unimportant. Step 2. Customer service. Well about that. I have never been treated so poorly in my life by a company representative of T-Mobile. I felt like I walked in a war zoned 3rd world country. Sam was so hostile and aggressive I'm shocked he works in the industry, let alone representing a fortune 500 company. Do not go to this store to replace, purchase or repair your tmobil products. You will be met at the door by a disgruntled employee that clearly hates his job.

Immediately when I walked in the store Silvana was there to greet me. She went above and beyond to assist me. She ended up having to contact the T-Mobile customer service/support for help. Everything worked out and I totally forgot that today was Tuesday. I found out that they were offering FREE give always today. This is nice a football snack and food platter or tray is pretty awesome. I was so glad to have received mine while in the store. Everyone was coming inside to get theirs young school students as well as Veterans etc. I love seeing everyone happy while receiving small incentives.
