I called xfinity customer service and they took great care of me to set up my New phone and security system for my new home and plan to transfer for this Friday. I tried giving two people in there a chance to gain commission but when one just raised her voice at me and the other one didn't even bother to apologize for my wait while setting me up and he canceled my order on his own because he wasn't listening to what I was saying. Both missed out on commissions today I assume they don't care because they do really well for themselves with base pay and clearly my customer experience didn't matter at all. The manager also tolerated both experiences and didn't seem bothered herself.

Eighty!!!! The reason? They claimed the phone I've her. Using every day for the last NINE MONTHS was not in use for 60 days!!!! I literally was using it all the way up to 12 hours from the time I retuned it. They are LIARS AND THEIVES. Not just this VERIZON STORE either. This same crap happened to us at the other Hattiesburg store a year ago. That time, they told us $875 each on two phones we were replacing and by the time it was done it was $435 on each!
