I have used this provider for over two years. Their TV product is a complete failure. There is an…read morealmost constant failure on any given day. Failures such as groups of channels that just go dead, usually for 3-4 days, sometimes longer. Recently, I have had problems with audio clipping. Attempt to contact customer service and the typical response is "I don't know". This is always when it is after their business hours and the calla are routed to their "Technical Support". This group is a joke. The usual response is "The office is closed" and "can I take a message". The problems have been persistent for the whole time I have been a customer and it has never changed. This company does a reasonable job with the Internet and phone products but the TV service is beyond dismal. There seems to be no interest from the stand of the company to ever make any improvements. My suggestions is , pass this out fit by or you will have a complete disappointment using their TV service.
