I went to this store to pick up a new iPhone since mine quit working. Upon entering, I was greeted and helped right away. They helped me pick out which phone would be best for me, and let me try on a couple different case options so that I knew that I did really want the case I bought in store. Both employees, Christen and Quentin were phenomenal at helping get my phone set up from start to finish and even registered my screen protector I bought so I wouldn't forget later. I went into the Verizon store because my phone wasn't giving me notifications, and they were super pleasant and thorough, they got my issue fixed. What stood out to me was instead of just fixing it and sending me out, they went ahead and checked my phone and found some scam apps on my phone and helped me remove them!
