The first one they gave me died, and they replaced it right there, on the spot, no questions asked, and that one has been fine ever since. I have also gone to them a few times with general tech questions that they were under no obligation to answer, and they have always stopped what they were doing and have taken the time to explain things to me, patiently and in detail. It's hard for me to imagine how they would be any better.

I bought an electronic lock for our house from an online source. Good company but the keys did not…read morework in the lock. Of course I had followed the instructions in the package so the lock was fully installed before the step to try the key appeared in the instructions. Ugh. I was not about to undo and return the lock so I called Assured Lock and Key. After telling Randy my plight he said he could be at my house in a couple of hours. Same day service!!! Randy, rekeyed the lock, made me two new keys and even adjusted the strike plate to make the lock work properly. The cost for all of this was really reasonable.
