Although they are open year round Quinn farm gets…read morethe most amount of people during autumn We had planned a family outing to pick apples and pumpkins. Because of covid you need to buy tickets ahead of time and you get a time slot to go enjoy the farm. The entry fee is 10$ per person. Once you arrive you get a bracelet and can pick up any prepaid bags for you apples or you can pay for them there. You can then check out some of the farm animals or let the kids use the slide and climb around the play area. Once your ready to pick the apples or pumpkins or even corn, you hop on the tractor and then pick your stop to get off at when they announce what fruits/veggies are available. You get to pick them and take them home ! They have washing stations for the veg as well. Once your done wait for the tractor to pick you up and head back home and bake your heart away !

Once you're in the farm, you can go see some cute farm animals. There is also a big kiosk where they sell products made in-house, those are extremely overpriced! A truck brings you to a pumpkin patch. There are various kinds of squash and pumpkins, all priced very fairly. There was also apple picking available, but that is also overpriced. It costs $11 for a little bag, which is 3 to 4 dollars at the grocery store! Perhaps bringing the price down would entice people to buy more. In general, it's a nice farm with very friendly workers. A great place to go with your significant other, family, friends, kids, anyone! You just have to choose what you want to purchase.

There is a butcher, seafood place, cafe, bakery, as well as other restaurants and stores within the strip mall all easily accessible. There's also a big IGA supermarket right next door. However there are many vacant spots in the market, the area seems to have suffered during covid closures. Best to come in the sumer months to enjoy the outdoor set up with plants and produce. When we were there was also a nice stall with fresh corn - affordable prices if you want to buy a dozen or whole bag - straight from the farm. Best discovery for me was "Cavallaro" which is a small italian shop specializing in fine cheeses, imported goods and treats, but they also bake fresh pizzas on site. These are the large rectangular slabs, with just about any toppings you want. If you like plain tomato pizza, this is the best - excellent sauce and crust. Highly recommend!!

The insects and their wings get stuck to the honey making it impossible for them to fly away. They are several other options to prevent insects getting to the food. I come here often to order some ready made meals For dinner. A great option if you're not in the mood to cook. The only issue is the time and availability. You must call in advance to order as they don't keep anything ready and prepare it on call. Last time I remember calling in to pre-order the chicken grilled charcoal but recently was a bit bummed.. I didn't know that it was absolutely necessary to pre- order at least 45min- an hour beforehand. I believe it's way to long of a wait and super inconvenient. The chicken we ordered was dry and way too overcooked. They cook it way too long in my opinion. Recently, I decided to just order what was already ready. They had some BBQ chicken ready and rice was really good and delicious no charcoal grill this time. (3.5 ish for the dish) The grocery store itself is superbe ! A fine selection of food items available on site lots of Middle East items available to purchase that you can't get at your regular grocery store. Got some paneer cheese around 5$ for a thick 600g block so I'm pretty happy about that. The items are very pricey so don't recommend shopping here for anything generic but specialty products are pretty good and worth buying here if you live around the area rather than driving far into montreal/ west island. Overall, pretty small little authentic middle eastern place to check out for sure if you're looking for something extra and different.
