I came to this vet in order for a health certificate sign off, I then had to wait 3 hours in the waiting room, where no staff gave any indication of how much longer we had to wait. Eventually when we we taken into the consultation room an unqualified staff member incorrectly took my dog's temperature and heart rate. I then had to wait for another 30 minutes for the actual veterinarian to come in and complete the examination again. When she needed to administer the medication she was unable to, resulting in myself to give it to my dog. As she said ' she looks scary as if she is going to bite her', which I took as a micro aggression. To add insult to injury the bill was ridiculous with excess charges due to it being an emergency service day, which is not explicitly said on their website. Do not go here !

Falls es schlimmer wird, solle ich mich einfach wieder melden. Für diese Untersuchung habe ich 30 Euro bezahlt. Am nächsten Tag wurde der Zustand meines Hamsters deutlich schlechter - das Auge war stark geschwollen und er wirkte allgemein sehr er hatte etwas rotes auch als Eksremente. Ich habe sofort in der Klinik angerufen, doch statt Verständnis oder Hilfe bekam ich nur die Information, dass ich für einen erneuten Besuch wieder bezahlen müsse, da die vorherige Untersuchung ja am Vortag gewesen sei. Dass der erste Besuch offenbar unzureichend oder vielleicht fehlerhaft war, wurde komplett ignoriert. Ich finde es unprofessionell und kundenunfreundlich, wie hier mit kleinen Tieren und ihren Haltern umgegangen wird. Fehler passieren, aber sie zu leugnen und dann noch einmal Geld zu verlangen, obwohl man etwas etwas übersehen hat oder einfach Instruktionen der Ärztin gefolgt hat, ist inakzeptabel

There is not much I can say about this place as I hate going there (because it is a vet, of…read morecourse!), but they make a vet experience so calming and soothing for my dog and me. It is SUCH a relief to find a place like this in a foreign country that accommodates us so well. Their hours are odd, but understanding as people are at work during the day. They also may do surgeries I am unaware of during these hours. They open at 0930 on regular days and then close late morning and reopen at 5pm for after-work hours for folks. The evening is always relatively full and you have to wait a bit. The mornings are usually not as busy, particularly if you arrive right at 0930 and are the first there. My favorite thing about this vet is their true concern for the animals. My dog has become a regular there with problems with his ears lately and they know him, his situation, and are so kind to him. They check up on him so frequently that I know they are waiting on his mending. They have also just had us come in for a quick check to ensure healing without charging. They just want to make sure the dog is better and not in pain. I respect this place so much for their care and concern. Being a pup-mom is hard enough as is when it comes to illnesses or pain, but this place really puts me at ease. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vet. They also can speak English if need-be. This is a relief for me as I am usually under stress when having to take my dog to a vet and speaking German just will never come easy in moments like this.

This one popped up however I was a little put off by the rating. However I was desperate and this place is close to my flat. Frankly the rating is not just at all. Although the vets is only open a few hours in the morning and evening for drop in appointments. The vets are very attentive and knowledgeable and also speak English, which is a relief if German isn't your first language. You can really see they care about your furry friends and often will ask you to come back for checks ups so they can see how they are recovering (I was not charged for any of these check ups). The price is very affordable and they are often busy so I advice getting there just before they open to get an early slot.

I…read moretried taking her to multiple clinics, but this was the first place that I found that could do emergency surgery on a Sunday. When we walked in, I was very nervous, but the receptionist was very kind. She offered my kitten a blanket and we waited in a cozy and calm cats only waiting room. The doctor spoke english, which was very helpful. He examined my kitten, gave her fluids and x-rays, and then performed surgery. He was able to remove string from her esophagus, stomach, and intestines. I was so relieved when he called and gave us an update that the surgery went well. We were able to pick Tiny up the next day. It's been 9 days since her surgery and she is healing very well. I'm so thankful for this clinic and the staff that helped save my kittens life.
