Recently, I had meniscus surgery on my knee and was having trouble walking. My quad was so tight and stiff, and I had to walk with a cane just to help support my body weight. We upped my treatment to every week and in just two sessions my quad let go and I was able to walk without my cane. I don't know what I would do without Linsey and her amazing massage work.
