I was calling and stopping by during the posted business hours but no one was there and no one answered the phone. I left messages and eventually I was texted back asking me to stop by the next day for a quote. I did stop by and someone was there this time and I did receive a quote for a full detail. I was selling my vehicle and needed the full detail prior to posting ads for sale. The quoted price seemed fine and all I needed to do was sort out transportation etc., while the vehicle is being detailed. I mentioned I would call the following week so we could set up an appointment and get this done. He said that would be fine. The following week I was again met with an answering machine only. I left messages and again stopped by, during business hours. No one was there. I left about three messages over the span of a week. I never received a call back. No texts, no nothing. Great! Completely unprofessional. Basically I wasted 2 weeks of my time, time I could have had my vehicle posted for sale. Time that I need to go find another detailer to do my car. I wonder if someone else is running this shop now. The older reviews and photos look pretty good. What happened?
