They have one of the biggest selection of balloons, all filled with helium. Btw last year I ordered a few balloons, paid for them in advance to pick them up a day before the party, to my bad luck we were so busy withdraw paring the food, cake, etc that we all forgot about the balloons. My mom left and got there when they were about to close, but thankfully the employees were super nice and accepted to fill the balloons before closing the store.

We also got the cups, plates, napkins and candy bags too. They also have a big variety of balloons which are filled with helium when you buy them. They're located in San Felipe del Agua, unless you know your way around it won't be easy to find as there are no signs around. Prices are a bit high, but remember you're in San Felipe, if you want to get the same products for cheaper you can try different stores downtown, but then you have to deal with the traffic and tons of people all day long.
