Fix digital version. It doesn't remember my password more than one day. I'm through with them.

Called customer service this am to report that I hadn't received my paper. I was put on hold and told that my call would be answered in the order it was received. After some time, I was advised to dial "0" to reach the operator. I did that and then received the message that my call would be answered in 27 (yes, 27) minutes. Or I could report my problem online. It's about 2 hours since I called. Haven't had any response. read more

To many to list. Really a bad customer service Paper. From delivery to phone contacts to billing. It goes on and on never stops.

Horible service !!! . Once again I did not receive the Venice Gondolier. Since they cant hire delivery drivers, We are supposed to get it thru the mail. Obveacly that is not working either.. The Mailman says that they dont always get them in time for the delivery. You would think a company this large could get their act together. I pay monthly on time , but only get the paper sporadically. Not good !!!!! read more

If 0 was possible, that is what it would be. Customer service is non existant. They make you pay for a year and then do not deliver the paper. If you can reach a person through email (no way to get a live person) you are told they will extend your subscription. At this rate, my subscription will never end. They also have no way to confirm that they extended the subscription. The paper might be good but since I don't get one I can't tell. read more

Customer service is terrible. The first call never reaches a live person and the message is never returned. It takes multiple calls and lots of aggravation and even then the problem is not resolved. We were charged twice for our delivery, once by my Visa and then ten days later by my checking account. No one has any idea what is going on. read more

A very strange business model. I paid in full for a one year subscription, was promised a start date, never got the paper. Called, promised another start date - no paper. Called a third time - still no paper, although my neighbors receive the paper as scheduled. I finally gave up, called, requested a refund. No apology, no questions asked, no attempt to retain me as a subscriber. My high school newspaper was run more efficiently than that. read more
