Poor quality wash overall and the place is falling apart. The sprayers don't hit half the vehicle and the dryer doesn't get the job done. The walls in one automatic bay even have algae built up. $18 for the top wash and it doesn't do the job. The sprayer pillars are wobbly and appear to be falling apart. Not worth the money. read more

After being assured the wash had new equipment that would not scratch my black truck (as happened two years ago!), I gave this place another try. The attendant even looked over the vehicle at the pay station and agreed there were no scratches. We took another look immediately after running through the wash, and now I've got scratches on the lower right rear quarter panel, it is obvious that the mud from the running board was carried back to that area and put micro scratches in the paint, yet they denied that they caused it and refused to take any responsibility. Not worth suing for, but I'll never use them again. Do NOT use if you have a black or very dark vehicle, or a great clear finish on a car you care about. read more

They actually help me out when I sucked my ring up in the vacuum that was underneath the seat they shut down the whole system for me to be able to find the ring that was in there, and they went beyond to make sure that I was OK the values of these guys are just unbelievable. Customer service is nonexistent, so I finally canceled my plan. We went thru the car wash 3x after purchasing the most expensive and supposedly the highest quality service. Our tires remain dirty and no polish. After the second wash we were offered Armour treatment that we could use ourselves. After the third time we asked for a refund. We were told no one on duty was authorized to give us a refund. Only the manager could give us a refund. We were told there was no phone number to reach him or a direct email - Only a website. The manager was called by a rationale employee. The manager refused to talk to me only my boyfriend even though I explained I paid for this - apparently sexist. He refused to give us a refund becuz most of the car is clean. I told him I am stopping payment. He had issue with my boyfriend saying "bullshit" when a snotty employee told us "that's the way it goes" when we he said no one on duty can issue refunds. He continued to get in my boyfriends face calling him a little man- boyfriend is Latino. I feel he was racist for the insults n making an issue over curse words. I went to use the self serve wash today, and the coin machine ate my quarters, so I went to speak with I'm guessing the manager that sits in the dark little room by himself off to the side, and he just stared at me and said in a very rude obnoxious way, that he could not give me my money back, and what do I expect him to do about it. I told him I put $5 dollars in quarters, and it would not work. He said that sounds like a personal problem to me, and shut the door on me! He's an older man with weird hair that is balding and sticks up everywhere and wears glasses. I'm not sure how he got hired on there but management needs to figure out what to do with him. I purchased a monthly membership and everytime I go my truck nener gets clean. Last 3 times I have tried to use the car mat cleaner the water does not work. I asked the man standing outside handing out candy why is it not working and he said oh yeah we left the water on last night so it is frozen. Today was my first time to visit this car wash here on in Montrose, CO. I loved everything about it. It was conveniently right off the main road in town (Woodgate Rd.), easy-in, easy-out, only $6 for a basic wash (that's all I wanted after the snow we had yesterday), electronic payment machine worked well & quickly, there were 2 workers who thoroughly my car (Prius), none of the brushes, etc., scraped or damaged my car, it rinsed my car well at the end, and there were many free vacuums available on site. read more

I signed up for the one in GJ that opened, after a month I realized I wasn't going to be using it the way I thought. I went there to cancel and the guy who worked there told me I could get a refund because I had literally never used the service, he said his manger would be back shortly and would call me to make that happen. I never received a call. I have emailed, called and left messages, eventually when I called the mailbox was too full to leave a message and had stayed that way. It has been 8 months of this crap while they continue to charge me because it won't let me cancel online! Finally I called the Montrose location where I spoke to an assistant manager who was actually super kind and helpful, he tried to reach the GJ wash but couldn't get through (shocking ) he looked up my account and confirmed this has gone on for 8 months and I have NEVER used a single wash while paying. He told me he would be in touch with the Grand Junction location asap and get it all refunded. To my shock this assistant manager followed up the same night letting me know he left a message for the GJ manager and I should expect to hear the next day (today) here it is after 8pm and color me shocked, nothing, again. From what I can tell the Montrose assistant manager should manage in Grand Junction and MAYBE this car wash would actually follow through and stop charging me, then refund me for the last 8 months like I keep being told will happen. If there were a minus 5 I would give that as a rating. We had signed up for monthly payment to be taken out of our bank account. A few months ago 3 payments in 1 month were taken out. I called, finally a few days later a manager called me back. She credited the amount and gave me 1 month 'free', and I told her not to take any money from our bank account any longer. I just found they had take. Payments again from my account, I called, they called me back, the young lady was rude and short with me, finally she cancelled the service payments, and I told her to have the manager call me back. She did call me back later, and told me she told me to call or go online to cancel the service after my Free month, but I had made it very clear not to ever take money from my bank again. She would not understand anything I said and laughed at me when I told her what I knew I had told her, she was very unprofessional and wouldn't refund the 2 months they took from my bank. They also had about half of the brushes working for months, but never let anyone know they were getting a lesser wash for full price! I would not do business with this company but give my money to a company that treats people with respect, and takes having customers bank information seriously! This was a great value in an automatic car wash. I was met by a helpful staff member guiding me through the new technology he said they put in place about six months ago. Went with a basic wash which got off most dirt by left some more stubborn bugs on; typical of automated machines. Where I was really impressed was the free vacuum system with floor mat cleaners. Several months ago I purchased a monthly membership for each of the two vehicles that we own, for a total of $80 per month. I used the car wash for both vehicles several times a month and was satisfied with the service. One day in March, I took my truck in to get it washed. After going through the wash tunnel, I parked near the vacuums to clean out the interior. I took out my floor mats to clean them in one of the two automatic mat cleaners available. Neither of the machines were working, so I contacted one of the employees who told me that both of the machines were out of order. I asked if I could have one of the attendants, who was standing near the inside the entrance pre-spraying cars as they entered, spray my floor mats since the machines were inoperable. He said it was o.k. When I asked the guy, who was not spraying any cars at the time, f he would spray my mats, he said that he couldn't spray them. I asked why and his response was that he just didn't want to because he was busy. When I contacted the on site manager, he said he could not do anything about it. I later wrote a letter to the corporate office informing them of the incident, but never received an acknowledgement of receiving the letter. I moved the city of Montrose approximately 7 months prior to this incident, and every business I have patronized, and every person that I have met in Montrose, have been extremely nice, except for the people working in this business. Granted, $80 a month that I was paying for the service was not a big deal to this company, but over a years time, the amount would have been $960 a year. Wow nice car wash. Free vacuums. To bad the help is rude and obnoxious. Went through the automatic wash today. The menu stated the 10.00 wash included tri foam wax. Didn't deliver. Brought this to the attention of the attendants on duty. Pete and Ervin. Both rudely informed me the wax did not come with the 10.00 They both argued with me for at least a minute before I asked them to walk with me to the menu so we could read it together. First of all, I'm extremely disappointed that the mine shack is not a full service car was anymore. Prices for detailing are not reasonable at all. However, the reason for the low review is because of an unpleasant experience with the general manager, John. (I don't know his last name-he wasn't wearing a name tag and he didn't ever actually introduce himself.) I went to the mine shack one evening and asked to buy a gift card for their auto spa (interior and exterior). John attempted to activate said gift card and found that there was something wrong with the machine. He said he needed to "call ICS" and asked me if I could come back in the morning. Since it was pretty close to closing time, I agreed. I went back the next morning and it was same story with John. He still needed to "call ICS" and asked me to wait in the lobby. I waited in the lobby for 30+ minutes. All the while, I was watching John run around and help lots of other people and NOT call this "ICS" person. I felt very insignificant and unimportant compared to everyone else. All I wanted was a gift card. Eventually, I asked one of the other employees to remind John that I was still sitting in there. After that, he finally came and talked to me and told me the exact same story. "I have to call customer support and they can fix it." He then same offers me a free wax for my car and asks me to leave my credit card with him while he fixes the problem. First of all, I don't care about a free wax. All I want is a gift card. Also, why in the world would I leave my credit card with some stranger that is having extreme difficulty following through with just a phone call? I told John I needed to go to the store and I left and I bought a gift certificate at different car wash in Grand Junction. I don't understand what the issue with the gift cards was, but I'm really confused why it never it got fixed. Especially since the fix was just a phone call away, apparently.
