He did no soil prep before putting down sod, he left very large gaps between sod, he put sod on top of weeds, he put sod on top of industrial weight weed fabric. He refused to correct the sod being placed on fabric; he refused to finish front yard. Because he refused, I withheld final payment. After much duress & arguments he did finish back but not front.
