However, the overall experience was very disappointing, which is unusual for me because I have eaten here many times in the past and have never had a bad experience until now. We were seated, and our waitress initially greeted us and brought drinks for me, my daughter, and my friend. After that, service became difficult. It took a long time to find our waitress when we needed refills. Eventually, I had to get up myself, and another server from a different section was kind enough to bring our drinks. When the crawfish arrived, they were extremely small for the amount ordered (three and a half pounds). They were not hot--only warm--and very wet, almost as if they hadn't been cooked long enough. It honestly felt like we received the bottom of the barrel. By the time we received the check, I was extremely disappointed, especially considering the amount of money paid. I'm not sure what was going on that night, but this experience did not meet the standard I've come to expect from Crawdaddy's.
