They dip the ice cream bar in chocolate and coat it in graham cracker. Then top it with marshmallow that they literally toast with a flame. Then the ice cream cools the marshmallow so it doesn't drip but instead makes a perfectly delicious coating of toasted marshmallow. Service is always good and don't let a line deter you.

Trying a flavor before buying gelato is very common, and most places are happy to offer small samples. Instead, we felt like we were bothering the staff just by asking.
