Established in 2006.
Domonique has been in the decorating/staging business since 2006; originally deriving from a dire need to improve the appeal of her listings to accomplish her client's selling goals, often times with the challenge of having little to no budget. She quickly realized when properties weren't selling then taken off the market, decorated, and re-launched, the interest in the property would increase tremendously.
Experience:
- Simply decorating and staging the property to sell.
- Assisting the owner/seller with re-design projects and dealing with vendors/repairmen directly on her client's behalf, overseeing renovations and making design recommendations based on transitional decor, popular trends, and other factors.
- Cooperating with Seller's goals and budgets to improve as many priority fixes for the least amount possible, which will in turn increase the overall appeal of the property.
