Instead, they have only a digital menu that's really paired down and most of the delicious sandwiches are long gone. On our most recent trip, we brought out-of-town visitors and their kiddos, aged 11 and 3. The oldest was not initially a fan of his chocolate shake because it was so dark and bitter, but the adults loved it (and it was sweeter once he mixed it). The youngest had his first submarino and loved it (highly recommend for newbies!). One ordered a hot dog, which was surprisingly good! The bread was very soft and tasty and the slaw was out of this world with a hint of sweetness and poppyseeds. A couple of us had the salads, which were great--the chicken option has quinoa mixed in and the mushroom one is extremely earthy. Unfortunately for us, the only jarra options for lemonade on our visit was plain (read: tart), though we would have preferred ones with berries or with mint + ginger. I'm glad to see PS is back open, but I do hope they bring back some of their classics like the Siete Colores sandwhich and the other with the fried egg.

Has a nice balanced chocolate flavor that's not too bitter but still has a strong chocolate flavor. I was also hungry so I ordered a sandwich. My expectations weren't super high because it's a little place that specializes in chocolate, but don't let that stop you from trying the food. I got a roast beef sandwich that had caramelized onions, lettuce, pepper mayo and a fried egg. All of the ingredients were top notch and together just made a really good, gourmet sandwich. I'm looking forward to trying other things here. If you're in the area it's definitely worth the trip.

You can even order them to make personalized shapes (for birthdays or whatever you may want) Small pieces are sold by weight, as an average of $3000 per 100 grams (3,5 oz), and bars have similar prices. The main choco flavor is milk-sweet but you can also find bitter and sugarless (which i bought for a diabetic auntie). Attention is average yet good enough.

This place is tucked away inside a little shopping area with other businesses, so it's a little hard to find. But once you find it, it feels like you stumbled upon Santiago's cutest little secret spot. The people who work at this choco bar are super nice and friendly and the barista was awesome and spoke English! For their artisanal hot chocolate, they had regular ones for $2900 and fancier ones for $3000. The menu on the wall lists how much cacao each drink has. I picked the Bullet and Target hot chocolate because it came with bits of avellana (hazelnut) in it. When my drink came out, it had the cutest elefante latte art on top. If you look through the other photos, you'll see the other adorable latte art that they can do. It's pricey hot chocolate but it's really good and the adorable. They have another location inside Estacion Italia, another shopping area not too far away.
