I take it by the store, the employee tries and sees that it will not charge. She calls manager on the phone then comes back and tells me "I'm sorry but without the original box we cant help you". OK... I go home and find the box and call back within a half hour. "I'm sorry our policy is 14 days so there is nothing we can do to help you". That is NOT what you told me when I left there.
