To start, I just purchased a small glass item from here,…read morethey call it a nectar collector, as I went home and first unboxed the item and used it exactly how the product is intended, the product cracked immediately, first thought is that the product had a defect because I have owned many of these same devices and I know how to use properly. I get up to take back immediately to the store and the same gentleman I purchased the product from was still on his shift, so I explained it to him and he instantly looked at his manager who was standing there listening to me explain how this has to be a product defect and he was explaining that he did just sell it to me 30 minutes prior. The manager said no he could not replace it or swap it out for the part that was broken even though there was not residue or any staining on the product. I was astonished, I have never dealt with such bad business, the guy instantly knew he was being shady but did not care that he even lost a customer, sad part is I bought another item last month, over 100$$ worth of glass and I totally regret it and I do now realize it is very low quality glass. Overpriced cheap glass made in a sweat shop somewhere in a different country. This guy is a con artist do not go here and do not give him money, you will be very upset in the end. Go give the money to the small shop across the way from this place.
