My wife and I were halfway between Atlanta, GA and Lafayette, LA on a holiday road trip, when I realized I had left my 18650 charger back home in ATL. We hit Google and did just a bit of searching for what appeared to be a reasonable vape store right off the interstate and had the magic navigator take us to Vaporized in Hattiesburg. WOW. It was not just huge - it had a wonderful overall selection of mods, tanks, accessories, and juices. The staff was great. As a senior citizen I often have issues in vape stores with young staff automatically thinking I must be an idiot (retired Engineer here) because I don't have tattoo's, a neck beard, or a coffee saucer forcibly imbedded in my ear-lobes (LOL). EVERYONE here was great. I was like a kid in a candy store. The staff was very knowledgeable on the tech details of everything they sold, and to me, most importantly they were aware of the weaknesses as well as the strengths of the various mods and tanks we talked about. This is actually critical in my opinion. Far too often, when I am considering buying a new mod and I want to talk about the known problems the community is facing & discussing about the build quality, design, warranty, or other issues with a piece of expensive hardware - I get the "blank look" and the pretend ignorance of any such thing possibly existing. Such BS, that is. No such thing at Vaporized on my trip there. They had everything nailed and hid nothing. If they had had the Reuleaux DNA200 in stock that day, I woulda bought one on the spot just 'cause I liked the folk. PLEASE OPEN A VAPORIZED IN ATLANTA! We need you. I have been to a lot of vape shops, some good, some well, not so good but this one stuck out the most due to its clean and classy look and also through the most welcoming family behind the counter. I knew this was a great Vape shop because there were a good amount of customers, people coming in and out, see smiling and hear laughing, front looked really good and adequate information on the walls about the shop and their Vape equipment. I can tell just by the first look that they take pride in their establishment. It shows on the outside and inside every single day. The store is just so clean and organized. I can tell Vaporized is making the best of what they have and it by far has impressed me. The store I noticed, which made it better than all other ones I've been too is that Vaporized always have the essentials needing for vaping: hardware, batteries and e-juice. Vaporized has a great variety of selection for hardware, shelves organized into sections a clean tasting bar with proper working equipment and sanitation. The personal face-to-face service is always the best help, beating my friends and online vendors or links. At vaporized they are great subject matter experts. They always know about current vaping trends and are able to speak knowledgeably about a wide range of vaping products. They just know how to help a customer. Last, one word that determines a bad, good and great Vape shop is community. Vaporized takes community to the biggest level and are still climbing. I have been a customer of Vaporized since quite literally the beginning. I remember walking into the original Vaporized store (during its first week of being open) after a lackluster experience elsewhere with a bad 'taste' in my mouth for vaping in general, but Bill, the owner of Vaporized, changed that. Not only am I fan of his wide selection of products, but his prices are extremely competitive, and you won't find a larger variety of custom liquids anywhere else in town. When it comes down to reviews, personalities may clash, people have "off" days, and sometimes policies are in place that certain individuals do not take the time or have the ability to understand. This does not give them the right to bash a business on social media. Thus, I would definitely recommend paying more attention to the positive comments here, and just go see for yourself what Vaporized is all about. You'll get great customer service from a knowledgeable staff and owner, whom simply want to run a successful business and support the community. i have visited many stores since vaping for the last 3 years. i would have to say this store has it down! my wife and i were treated very well. and the products were explained to us. you don't find that kind of service anywhere. bill, the owner and his wife are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products being sold. i would definitely recommend this place to everyone i know. the juices are phenomenal! my wife truly enjoyed the mixes of juices right before our eyes! and really loved the fact that we can custom make anything and any flavor! this place will always have my service! read more

Vaporized is one of my favorite local businesses located in Hattiesburg. I've been doing business with these guys for a little over a year now and their customer service is amazing. Great staff, great products, and great deals. Being a college student at USM they offer student discounts and military discounts. It's nice to have a local business in Hattiesburg that keeps up to date with their products so I don't have to order juices or mods online. Impressed with the way they conducted business. Came in as a beginner and they got me all setup. The product I got was very good for the price I paid. They also had a very impressive e-liquid mixing bar or whatever you would call it, with what looked like thousands of different combinations of liquid. The staff at vaporized are knowledgeable and friendly. This is by far the best Vape shop in town (for gear and juice). I purchased a mod from them a little over a month ago and for some strange reason the board burnt out.
