Go back to this retailer and they say 'oh because it's used we will not take it back or exchange it.' The thing is if I hadn't have tried the item I wouldn't have known it didn't work. They refused to do anything. I reached out to the manufacturer and they just keep saying the retailer should stand behind the product and then come to them on the back end. It even states it in the warranty policy on the manufacturer's website that all warranty claims go through the retailer. Worst customer service I have ever recieved. On both ends. I work in customer service and have for a long time. This is NOT how you treat customers. It didn't work out of the box. Stand behind the product and learn how to handle customers better. Will never go back.
